@baconnet985 This was caused by umbrella ok here it goes umbrella wants to take the G-virus from william birkin (seen in the video game) but he won't allow it instead he was shot and injected himself with the G-virus and turned into a monster then after he killed the intruders the briefcase that the umbrella soldiers carried broke and rats ate it and got infected ( how rats were idiots) and got to raccoon city and infect the citizens there and the chaos begins.

He didn't want her to live the same life as he does in a wheelchair, so he created the T-virus, which made her stronger and be able to walk, but she has to regulary inject herself with the antivirus or she becomes a zombie. Umbrella Corporation tested the t-virus on people and animals and it killed them then they turn into zombies, and the infection got out into society.
