Fan or not, If you know what Dragon ball realy means... you be hating this movie. That all I know.

Also, some, if not all, the anime based movies will bomb imediately because if the company making it put some "realism" to it and that alone will make it a bad "anime-based" movie.

Only those "close to reality" anime series will have a chance to ba acepted everywhere since they are based on real life anyways. So pls dont compare other movies success with this, its just comparable to begin with.
