Out of curiosity what makes an awful chart? I'm not saying it isn't, I'm just not very knowledgeable about this stuff.

In this case it's the fact that it requires either really odd coordination between hi-hat and snare or a shitload of ｓtamina

Not really. This chart focuses on one-handed rolling, usually achieved by the fingers.

True, but at that speed, one-handing it is fairly strenuous if you don't have good finger technique.

@Arctures if you allow for three separate divisions of the "90" (i.e. low/mid/high), 96 would fall pretty squarely in the middle third
