Ok man i have had the same thought before and test drive unlimited on ps2 was the same.. scroll down scroll down scroll down, but then i worked out you could just push right on the d-pad and it instantly goes to the Accept.. lol P.S i am never buying a sony again as two ps3's have died on me now from Y.L.O.D.
