I'm not a fan of Selena's music by any means (representing the metalheads here...lol.) but I still think it's pretty lame of her label to force her name into the name of the band, something she didn't want to do as mentioned in the video. I would hope that her fans would have had the the common sense and ability to recognize her in a band lineup. @lexoist they put a foam in her ears to form to the shape of them to make her inears. They're earbuds that performers wear on stage so they can hear themselves sing and not be too overwhelmed by all of the screaming, most performers wear them and they come in a variety of colors. You'll see the band wears them too. Um, Demi Lovato, The Jonas Brothers, and many others have been noticed wearing them. So if it looks like they have ear plugs or headphones in, thats what they are.

@Angel29Cakes22 its ear mould. the mould is put into the ear to get the persons shape of their ear and they leave it in for a few minutes to harden. i get the same thing for my hearing aids and it feels funny and is fun to play with until they harden. im guessing they use it in the music industry to play the music directly into the ear, obviously the volume turned down so not to harm the ear drum, so the singer does not get distracted or put off by the sound of the audience. hope this helped! :)
