Nope. Their stories were purposely ended in Pirates 3, so that in Pirates 4 it could then be fresh new start and fresh new story, etc.

Lets see.... First movie: Got Slapped by Giselle, Scarlet, and Anamaria(2 time for Ana). Third Movie: Got Slapped by Giselle and Scarlet AGAIN. Fourth Movie: He gets slapped by a mermaid named Marina.......... Wow, jack must really have a bad rep with women if it goes all the way to a mermaid XD

No, blackbeard shrinks it and puts in a bottle, and i think the old black pear crew from the first three movies, are shrunken in the ship too, while it's in the bottle.
