1) The fact that the video was framed to cut off the ceiling of this porch is conveniently questionable.
2) You'll notice the chains don't become slacked as the unseen force is "lifting" the chair: that means that it isn't the chair being lifted but the chains being raised.
Does that mean it isn't paranormal, but it's questionable at the most given the fact that you can't see what's happening at the top.

that's a chain not a string, those chairs are built to hang from a bolt in the ceiling of a porch. Im not a believer and this video has me questioning much, but i do know there is no string. It would take a rope to be able to pull that heavy chair up. spider wire fishing line maybe for concealment. i owned a porch chair like that and u have to b able to lift over 10lbs to pull that kind of chair up by its chain, string would snap...
