hold on.......im stunned. i also have a problem singing/talking while i am playing a melody (single picking). but tom does it in concerts so how come he says he cant play it while he talks???? i dont get it.

I've played guitar since I was 12 and these chords he's saying taught him everything I started doing on my own without hearing them anywhere out of need for a bigger sound as I always play on my own and it was my attempt to add a bass line to my songs as I didn't own a bass at the time or a mulitrack.
