Zhou Yu is very capable But he is very xiao qi Zhu ge liang is so much smarter dhens him & dhiis makes him unhappy he find all ways to prove he is betta dhens Zhe Ge liang. liu bei was the emperor of shu.

cao cao was the prime minister of wu(his son became the emperor)

sun quan was the emperor of wu.

liubei is probably the least capable leader out of the three. However, due to his good reputation and charisma, he had a lot of capable generals and military advisors, such as Zhuge Liang.

Zhou yu was the grand admiral of Wu, he was a very capable person. However, he was a narrow-minded person, and he died very young.
