Where I live, in the North-East United States, the American Crow is 17-20 inches (about 40-50 cm), and the Common Raven is 22 to 27 inches (56 and 69 cm) .
I have seen them kill & eat live baby rabbits by continuously pouncing on them from 4-6 feet in the air.
those crows are called hooded crows and are 1,5times bigger than the black crow.and because of the size, they tend to walk around like the king in the castle.
the location thing is not correct!there are not so many of them across the ocean, but there are some.check out for "Hooded Crow using spotting scope up close" and you will get a video where a hooded-boss-crow takes care of his buisness in kanada.

But in this video they aren't Hooded Crows - Hooded crows have black feathers on the chest, while these have gray. These crows also seem longer but thinner than Hoodies.

It's not a Hooded crow, but a House crow. Hooded crows only live in Europe and the Middle East, and are the same size as Carrion crows.
