Since tha driver is positioned on the left side of car,when the car goes up,doesnt the wieght of the driver puts the car out of the balance?

How does mechanics deal with that?

@duxante the engines torque tends to lift the front left,so the drivers weight tends to counter act that slightly although the engine makes way more torque than the driver weighs.sometimes referred to as torque twist can actually twist the cars frame...good question though

@duxante also cars that are dedicated 1/4 mile cars will usually have different spring rate from right to left to help the car take off evenly...thats one reason cars that are set up for the race track are not necessarily the best quarter mile cars.personally i like cars that corner better, but this form of racing,despite its simple concept, is no less complicated than any other form of auto racing
