Kudos also to the clarity&precision in the production of this CD: a welcome addition to anyone's collection.The final, closing moments: 'Waltzing Matilda' could only make one proud to be Australian-not withstanding a small tear in the eye-with it's typically Australian laid-back delivery though subtle nuances that define the artistry of Craig Ogden: MORE THAN just-.'the Guitarist'-Enjoy these moments!

Bravo to Craig Ogden and his most recent release: 'The Guitarist'. It is no wonder that the CD went straight to number one!.. A real musical joy to listen and relax to, with new arrangements that he has made 'his own'. So many outstanding vignettes of varying styles that take the listener through every mood imaginable. 'The Ashokan Farewell', 'Le Onde', 'Canarios' and the cross rhythms and energy of 'Rondo Rodeo'
