I'm curious. If certain cultures do not have cardiovascular disease, then what are they dying from? Cancer? Infection? There is no society in which people live 100+ years.
@dinolovessassy It's my understanding that there are many centenarian societies. Have you heard of The Blue Zones? (Sardinia, Okinawa, and Loma Linda, CA Seventh Day Adventists) To answer the first part of your comment...There are all kinds of diseases that people die from, incl. those you mention. As this world degenerates along with its food sources, all kinds of diseases become more prevalent, especially when the Western diet is introduced. Dr. Esselstyn would know better how to answer.
