I skate down there a lot and that is not the way to do it.

If you are on the road act as a bike would. If you are on the path skate slow and if you need to go into the road at least do not skate as some one.

Considering she's on wheels it isnt safe to go onto the road against oncoming traffic, it could get dangerous

Bloody hell has that roller blader got a death wise or something, she's on the wrong side of the road. Could have easily been a collision.
