@dundeecake Again, it isn't torture to the cat, just because something doesn't like something doesn't mean its being tortured, its not hurting it or making it sick. Some cats even love water rather than hate it. The two main reasons cats hate water is because a. they have to groom their selves with their tongue all over (even though its less affective as far as for humans, not as cats), b. water is used for punishment with some owners. Again, this isn't torture, so learn what animal abuse is.

The dog looked a little confused in the beginning, but it stay pretty calm through out the washing and drying process. It will just have to get used to it just like people letting their kids to sleep alone for the first time..even though it terrifies them.

I'm sure the shampoo is friendly for the eyes and it doesn't look like the dog is at risk for drowning or suffocation. It would just have to get used to being behind a door in an enclosed space.
