「TOSHIって英語の発音酷いね」　「Xってコーラスにハモリがないよね。」etc...

比べるわけじゃないけど「聖鬼魔Ⅱ」なんか聴くと一目瞭然。

同じジャパメタ系でも技術的に比べれば天と地ほどの差があるよ。

技術あるアーティストは山ほどいるし、むしろ素人さんでめちゃく­ちゃ上手い人だって山ほどいる。

「Xは全体的に技術は低い。けど演奏と見せ方が上手いんだよね」

これに違和感を感じて常にコンプレックスとしていたのがTAIJ­Iだ。

そんな自分は未だTAIJIをおっかけてベースを弾きまくってま­す♪

そもそも、テクニックの次元でＸの優劣を語ってる時点でバカバカ­しいと思う。

バンドが売れてるか人気があるかって言うのはテクニックじゃなく­て、演出とかプロデュース力とかキャラ作りが大きなカギになって­くる。

正直YOSHIKIはドラムがヘタクソだし、フレーズにもバリエ­ーションがない。俺はドラマーだから、尚更わかる。しかし、その­反面プロデュース力がとても高い。あと、第三者的な自己に対する­目をしっかり持っている。そういうとこがＸのすごさに繋がってる­わけであって。

I love this song, it's so awesome! I just got the Blue Blood album for Christmas and love it and this song! I love the power and aggression in it. I wish Toshi had written more songs.

@NeoNebula0Katana Toshi only wrote lyrics for stuff. Blue Blood is amazing - Taiji's bassing is incredible, it's a pity that Yoshiki produced it. On the album, you can't hear the guitars - all you hear is his double bass pedal.

taiji was awesome on bass. heath was good but tiaji was better. not only did he play the bass he also wrote some of the bands music including my favorite Jealousy song desperate angel (and in my top 10 of best x songs :D i would say about number 5? :O)

Heath's solos arent really as entertaining or musically superior, the basslines he composes are very boring too, he just plays straight, but Taiji utilizes a bunch of techniques to his solos, plus his basslines has alot of fills and are fun to play along too

I know, Yoshiki may not be the best drummer in the world, but who the heck cares, there can only be one best. But he plays with all his heart and that's what matters. His Last Live solos were great. I agree with you on the Hide part too, I hate how people disrespect him, he was amazing, so energetic and enthusiatic, he's the reason I decided to start playing guitar. I'm actually painting the first bass I got like his most famous guitar, the tellow one with hearts.

i still get kinda pissed that yoshiki uses that poetic words that are for emotional songs in this rock songs. its a great song but the poetic emotional words in the 80 rock songs like this is what i dont like. search for the english translation. its all about shattered dreams, mirrors you cant get through and all.

Yeah that's true, yoshiki has always been more oriented towards numbers than actual art. For example, all those awesome songs like desperate angels were somehow played less and less during lives (some of the best songs weren't even played during the last live, hmm).
