umm.... lol!! IS that really a good excersice?? in the water his elbow would be out of the water... so maybe not a good idea.. elbos came way to high.. you need to lay on a bench and use chords so that elbos are not coming above the body like what was happening in this video.
good idea....do u think its recommended to lift the body in order to be closer to the real movement in water, e.g. using a box or something? it looks as if the bladebones were coming too close and the ellbow was because of this too high...? cu
