cool project. where did you get a bag like that, what is the ring around the bottom made of, and what did you use to connect the can bottom to the balloon?
I am sorry that it took so long for me to get back to you. I'm currently not home so i have not been on but once i get back i will give you the names of the materials we used.
we used a long strip of wood that was plained enough to lift off of the ground and we used really lightweight thin wire to hold the can in there and the bag is a dry cleaning bag. Thanks for your comment and sorry aqbout such a long wait.
