Looking at this I just know you have never had real italian lasagne in your life... Ricotta AND mozarella in the same dish? Where's the bechamel? And what is that so-called low fat creamy thing you're pouring over it?
I'm sure some people will find it delicious, but I'll pass if you don't mind....
PS if you use good lasagne sheets, they won't stick to the bottom of the dish... always begin with one layer of pasta, to seal the sauce in, so it doesn't get left in the dish when serving
