Controversial subject, the american anthem was booed in retaliation to ours being booed by bruins fan (I'm refering to the 2002 series between Habs and Bruins). However, Bruins fans say it's the other way around. I was 12 at the time, so it's a little vague, but I DO remember our national anthem being booed, and the game after, some fans booed yours. As for me, I don't boo national anthems, I think it's childish. But it happened on both sides by a select number of people, not everyone.

I disagree. There was NO chance for Montreal to come back in the game. The key players were all asleep in exception to Kovy who played a good game. We have no grit, no heart and we're skating like a bunch of pussies anxiously awaiting summer vacation. Notice who you're talking about. Kostitsyn (x2), Plekanec (not a cheap shot artist, but can make it once in a while)... and, if you insist, Lapierre. These are the only real pansies on the Habs team. Schneider, Komisarek, Laraque, Latendresse, Gorges, Bouillon... they're ALWAYS there to answer the call... and none of them are european.

Bruins were up 5-1 with 11 minutes to play in the 3rd. NO chance for a comeback, Laraque slams Lucic into the boards and Lucy does what?? NOTHING!! Absolutely nothing. If it had been Lapierre, he'd have gotten angry and would've confronted him and, if a fight did occur, he'd've pounded Lapierre. However, it WASN'T Lapierre, it was Laraque... a fight would have been necessary or at least not harmful to his team.. and he did NOTHING. THAT'S what I judge Lucic on. I like the guy, BUT...
