  • Do black holes collide with each other if they meet? What happens then, they merge and a vent Horizon is created (the sum of the 2 masses)?

  • lol did you see that guy with a computer voice! OMG

  • @cantroos You really like voices.

  • @Punkninja12 he sounds like a robot man from the computer game

  • @cantroos

That "guy" is Stephen Hawking and despite his condition he's the smartest man on the planet..

Is there anything else smart would you like to add?

  • @richardhalo that's impossible because if he was that smart surely he could figure out a way to cure his own disease. People are producing amazing new technologies every day, and many of them are far from the smartest person on Earth. So clearly he is at best, somewhere in the top million to 10 million. Plus he could use a computer program that had a normal person voice so kids didn't get scared at presentations.

  • @cantroos

Well in case you didn't know he's a theoretical physicist and was a Lucasian Professor of Mathematics, not a medical scientist.

He developed theories in cosmology and quantum gravity especially black holes and provided theorems regarding gravitational singularities in the within general relativity. He's thinking out of the box and lets other to work on tech and stuff. And if you know a better computer program with a normal voice, contact him maybe you'll receive candy.

  • @richardhalo well you just proved my point. Using a robot voice isn't what I would call "thinking outside the box" machines can't think, they can just follow a procedure, and a robot is a machine, thus, Stephen Hawking is a robot. And since robots are not smart, he is not. There you go, that is called a process of logical deduction, and thus I am clearly smart.

  • @cantroos Well, since "COSMOLOGY" and "QUANTUM PHYSICS" have nothing to do with robotics, your "logical deduction has failed THUS you're not a vulcan, you're a human, smart ass. :))

  • @richardhalo i predicted that as well, once my superior logic locked down the argument, I knew you would result to ad hominum attacks. This has been useful though. We have proved that Stephen Hawking is mediocre. I am very smart. And you are only 3-4 IQ points above down's syndrome. There are special places for people like you to go, I'll help pay for it if you ever want the help you need. Take care of yourself bud.

  • @cantroos

You really overestimate your intelligence. Instead of taking the argument to a soluble direction regarding the subject in matter, you tried to point out more and more your "superior" yet narcissistic ego. You still have much to learn. So long, Bob.

  • Black holes are an amazing thing. u

  • 3:14

reminds me of steven hawkings computer voice

  • Proof of intangible objects? That's an intangible proof! Get real. Mathematical abstractions do not equate to scientific truths. We are dealing with intense EM phenomena, hence the X-Ray bursts.

  • so anyer this then lmao out all them movies they make like back to the future we still have no flying cars blarr blarr lmao and also like totally recal why dont we live in space stations mwahahahah like umm futurama lmao

  • Thats cause were wasting money on wealthfare, and not on somethin' useful like NASA, or funding organization that want to colonize space.

  • Poor Star..

  • It means like our sun.. you don't need to look directly to the sun. or else...

  • if everything around the black hole gets "sucked in" how come they see the x rays?!

  • because the source of the xray burst is not beyond the singularity's event horizon.

which means that some of the xrays are directed away from it.

  • this is fascinating...learning more on here than ever did in school,tv or books....

  • luevanoalx this is from TV :P

  • buy this one dvd set, i think its called 'the universe' it's like planet earth but all about space and stuff, its very interesting if you like these videos

  • I'll be right back, the black hole in my stomach is getting VERY hungry.LOL just joking

  • i think there is a black hole in my washing machine.

  • lol

  • Er no the centrifugal force pushes the clothes towards the outer rim of the tube. Do you look into your washing machine and see them all bunched up in the centre? What kind of otherworldly washing machine do you have?

  • LMFAO.

  • i think theres a black hole inside my cupboard

i put stuff in and i cant find it again

    unless i go in myself

and then i cant get out easily

  • hahahahaha

  • There should be a money prize for posting science and physics on youtube.

  • thank you, fascinating.
