  • Hey. wanting to join the wi garrison. what changes did you make? helmet obviously, but any thing else?

  • @HulkHorse I changed the bodysuit, gloves, belt and chestbox electronics.

The shoulder armor, chestbox, belt buckle, belt boxes, cod piece, shin armor, outer cape and inner robe are still rubies. The shoulder armor was repainted.

  • @STARSMemberX

Sorry to keep asking but what helmet is that?

  • @HulkHorse Master Replica's

  • One thing you cant modify is your size,, Darth was a big dude!

  • @jasonfish07 Yeah, but Darth ROTS was a bit smaller :P

  • @STARSMemberX You're too scrawny for that suit, ill buy it off your hands.

  • What did you do to modify it?

  • @johnjon246 A lot of research, looking for vendors wich deliver high quality stuff, some more research, looking at forums for information and spend a lot of money.

  • Your outer cape must be satin lined still ! But it looks good so far.

  • @1BigScottsman I know. This is just the Rubies cape. I saving money to buy the accurate wool cape with satin lining

  • @kuja8888 From an eBay store called Custom Props

  • @kuja8888 The breathing sound I use is ripped from the movie and played with an MP3. The stock Rubies breathing sound was bad.

  • @kuja8888 The helmet is a MR Helmet and is in any way better then the Rubies helmet. The MR is fitted to Hayden Christensen's head so it is smaller. I'm 5'9 tall

  • Very nice indeed! are you on any of the Forums? ThePropDen? sithlorddetatchment?

  • @Draanes At sithlorddetachment as Jhin-Roh

  • @Draanes That helmet must be a MR Rots? its impossible to make a rubies look THAT good :D

  • where did you find the upper armor?

  • @Giaguarogrigio the chest armor is from the Rubies supreme Darth Vader

  • very cool, I am a shadow guard who protects the emperor, but I am going to protect you to lord vader *kniels for lord vader* :D

  • @mandalorian64 Thank you very much :D

  • @STARSMemberX

You need to make mods to the suit in order for it to fit anyone?

  • @Sup750 If you have the stock suit from the Supreme edition, you would.

  • 5 9? wow. you put on a costume intended for a 6 foot man. young Vader suits you.

are you a member of the 501st?

  • @thecopykidofthestarz Thanks, I am a member of the 501st. SL-8426

  • The thing that bothers me is the striped upper chest armor... that is so not how it looked in the movie. If you want the true suit, check out the dance-off videos of darth vader from celebration IV and V, here on youtube. Now that is a Vader.

  • @Tarpika81 I don't think you know what you're saying. Every Vader chest armor is striped. The only difference is that the ROTS armor is fixed as one part.

  • @STARSMemberX Ah, looked it up now, and it appears you are correct:) Tell me tho, how tall are you exactly? There is a Large version as well as a X Large version, and I dont know what to choose.

  • @Tarpika81 I'm 5'9 and chose the large.

  • what did you do to make the costume?

  • @darthtuna66 I bought the supreme Darth Vader, modified most parts of it and bought new parts like a leather bodysuit and gloves. And a MR darth vader helmet

  • @STARSMemberX oh cool...well good job, it is very close to the episode 3 armor and it looks just plain awesome

you should make a vid of how you did it...unless this is one of those things that only a few have to exist lol

  • @darthtuna66 Thank you ^^ I might make a vid of how to put it on but not how I made it. Every Vader has to be unique.

  • @STARSMemberX ur right...every vader is unique in someway shape or form

  • perfect. i so want and need this for my next comic con and collection. looks really good

  • @darthmaxrat88 Thanks, not for sale though

  • @STARSMemberX yea i know lol. i was lookin online for it

  • @darthmaxrat88 A costume like this you can't find online. You have to put it togehter yourself.

  • @ MegaAlex1611 Thanks. In the first scene, wich is the slowed down one, I use the Rubies Helmet. After that when I'm wearing the new costume it's a Master Replica's Ep III Helmet.

  • do you still use the rubies helmet?if its the rubies helmet in this video it looks awesome....powerful greetings from germany

  • Cool!!

  • Thats what the rubies costume should heve been!!!!i think we were all duped by rubies advertising false pictures for the costume, like i said,a great costume:)

  • Exactly and thanks.

  • Thats a freaking awesome transformation from your old supreme edition costume, well done, when iv finished my costume il let you know:)

  • Thank you. It was a lot of work but really worth the time and money. I'd like to see your costume when it's ready.

  • @STARSMemberX -its nearly finished just got a few niggly bits to sort out, heres a video response on how it is so far,its not 100%accurate but i may do that one day.

  • So I am just wondering, but is your helmet a little bit warped as well? The back of my dome is weird-looking and the face is a little off. Other than that, it's great.

  • My dome has a normal shape, although it sticks to far out at the back like they all do.

The face of mine is also off, all crooked.

  • @STARSMemberX -i finished my costume il send you a video response:)

  • Very well done!!! simply perfect. For us small Vaders its the best I've ever seeing.

  • Thank you very much.

  • whats new on the costume i dont see ant thing done could you tell me what you did thanks

  • What's the difference between the Supreme and the Deluxe version?

  • The supreme edition is of higher quality.

  • Ah ok! But both versions have the "complete" helmet not just the front part right?

    Thanks for your reply.

  • The supreme does, but the deluxe comes with the front part only.

  • I want the old parts! lol!

  • Looks ok. Ok? Thats Bad ass if it didnt represent the last movie to ruin star wars but its fans like you that make it soo cool.

  • Thank you :) But why does everybody hate the prequels. That's something you should try to explain to me.

  • What size are you? I'm a midget Vader, standing at 5'11 inches. But I'm only 16, so who knows, maybe I'll get taller when I'm older.

  • If you do you're a lucky guy. I only stand 5'9 and with the suit 6'3

  • I always forget that the armor manages to add some height :D

  • Hey I made a cape a while ago that came out really nice- I used a black suede. It's a pretty heavy cape, I forgot how much it weighs, but it looks epic when I'm outside with the cape in a windy area.

  • That's the best part :P

  • woww!!

i wish i had one... xDD

it looks amazing! great job. :D

  • Thank you. If I look back to the Rubies I would say it's an hole other costume.

The only things that are still Rubies are the shoulder armor, chestbox, beltboxes, beltbuckle, codpiece, outer and inner cape and the shin guards.

  • lol

    nice video :D

    i love the cotsume XD

it's a very good result then before XD

    lol

i like the end of the movie , that's funny XD

  • Thank you, as you can see the hard work paid off.

  • Did you make the cape shorter to fit? And where do you put the padding under the armor, so that the helmet will fit? :)

  • Yes, I made the cape shorter. The inner robe to my ankles and the outer cape barely touches the ground. The padding is at the shoulder armor at the sides of your neck.

  • Cool! How did you make it shorter?

  • Just fold the cape inwards untill you have the right size, stick some needles in to hold it when you undress and stitch it with a stitching machine.

  • Thanks! The costume really looks great! If you use it on Halloween, you should record it, and put it on here. :)

  • I will make another vid on Halloween. Not that we really cellebrate it with trick or treat and party's.

  • Cool! Hey, did you tape the shoulder parts from flopping around? And did you tape, or velcro the cape to the armor to keep it from sliding around? Thanks again! :)
