i saw 1 of the silver orbs in texas once. it was still in a clear blue sky, i did a quick 360, it was the only one, it made a couple of quick moves and vanished.

This is a poor video, most UFO footage is poor, and it doesn't show any movement which could mean that it is a planet or similar object, very slow moving.
Shows just how excited a crowd can get if a few or more idiots start shouting and pointing toward the sky.

If there had been less crowd shots, the exact OPPOSITE complaint would be posted here. For sure.
It is very difficult to shoot these orbs with video cameras. The crowd reaction is just as important as what is on tape and posted online of the orbs.
