  • ok the guys that shot this go back and look at the large mound of grass al said under that mass of grass is an opening to get into the underground also in that same spot look at the sides of the mound ..thats where there are two grates..clear the grass there..

  • to those of you exploring the camp hero area i heard al...talking about one specific area at the base..there is a mound covered in grass ..it is under this mass there is an opening to the underground and also you can see grates at the sides of this grassy mound check it out

  • nice video. the underground is sealed up tighter than a drum now. there ARE tunnels, lots of them, running under the base but they are nearly impossible to get into.

  • SHODDY AMATEUR BULLSHIT RAMBLINGS

  • coastle erosion will help to expose any tunnels if their are any. why would they block the entrance off if nothing is there

  • @DragonFire569 Unsafe conditions could be one reason.

  • Once you grow up and not curse and get serious about this like men I'll watch it.

  • I wonder why they would spend all that time blocking off the big bunker that held the aa gun...man I wish you guys got in there...too bad...i bet there were some cool things to look at! wonderful video...i love watchen them thanks for taking the risks to show us the great things you guys explore!

  • idk about whats happening in the video , however i was there 3 days ago and i went to camp hero, i drove out to the cliff where it said stand back 25 feet . i go down a next trail where there was two handicap parking spot and six other. i park my car walk down to the sea . as i get there i notice a pentagram drawn on the rock (the devil kind) then there was about 4-5 sets of rock set uniformly in stacks of 3 , and dead animal bodies about half a feet away . i had never been so sacred before

  • I was sh*tting myself watching both of these vids. You guys are crazy for doing it but how interesting that the first sub level if flooded...? Anyone up for Scuba...?

  • is this where the moth man saposably came from ?

  • @AnamalEter from a test facility similar to this one yes

  • That beer can was placed there to see if one of yall would drink it, I hope no one did, because first off it would be warm sitting in the sun and probably taste vile Second off it was probably laced with some kind of gene- therapy substance, If you have symptoms such as beer craps, mild headache, and constant urination then your probably screwed. btw bring a 8lb sledge hammer next time :)

  • I now know where PIG BEAR MAN came from.

  • I have always been fascinated with Montauk and the stories surrounding it. I have come to believe that the early experiments there have opened dimensional doorways and distorted time in some ways. Anyone ever take an EMF meter in there?

  • i was there yesterday lol

  • WOW! I was able to get inside- albeit 32 years ago, it was amazing !!

  • WOW! I was able to get inside- albeit 32 years ago, it was amazing !!

  • those guns @ 5.15 lable'd anti-aircraft.........the size . what type of aircraft would they be for ?a bit big ?

  • You may not have been so keen to explore if you had taken a geiger counter with you...

  • @almurray2000 There is no readiation at Camp Hero

  • zen turtle how do you get ther i was checking out info on teslas lab and now this is a step up how and where do i gomessage me back great vid i subscribed yu guys a re awesome

  • There is an entrance to Battery 216. It's on the ocean-facing side. Look for the edge of the building, there should be a hole there. If not, dig away some of the soil, they might have filled it in.

  • @IonOtter They filled it in, @shannymack28 You can't be serious....

  • @shannymack28 Thanks for watching! I've heard a million ideas on what the Monster was, but not sure what ended up being the truth.

  • Didn't the psychic guy materialize Budwiser beer cans on the commanders desk? Perhaps this on missed it's target?

  • @bodhii71 Best theory I've heard, lol.

  • Nice...

and the 100th Suffolk County BSA Jamboree is here!

I will be alert for sudden missiles going off.

  • lol, It's a beer trap! jk idk

  • I was in that buidling, cept I walked in the front door.

  • i LOVE URBAN EXPLORERS, BEATS TV ANYTIME!!!!!

  • I really wish that I lived near this base... I would go explore it, like really explore it.. every hole, every house every cave every waterhole... and bring cameras, unterwater diving stuff, waterproof cameras, cameras on a stick, set up cameras in houses/caves/underground over some nights, camp there in stealth mode ofc, bring my nightvision cam, tripods, digitalcam, hdcam, thermal cams.. shovels, picks, tools in general... But anyway thanks for the quick tour with your handheld.

  • unusual is spelt wrong.

  • @FlyingSquirrelAlpha spelt is SPELLED wrong

  • Montauk is the real deal. Great video! 5 stars

  • okay, well, you don't have to let me know your secrets, but can you let me know the road you took off of montauk hwy? there's too many exits to be wandering around when you're not supposed to be there. thanks!

  • @eskimokissesyay I'll message you info, sorry it took so long to respond.

  • This stuffs pretty cool lol, too bad you didnt go into the restricted parts.

  • I bet there are cameras, sound recorders, and sensors in the ground there. The reason they even made a park was to do tests on the visitors, perhaps, from the remaining active areas still underground.

  • yes i think that place is still operating

i'm sure the currency is for what they have going on under ground

underground facilities are very popular with these people

  • @METALSTYGIAN Well I imagine it is still in use, other wise I dunno why camera crews wouldn't rush the place break in and start filming.

  • very true

  • But then again if it were in use, i dunno if they could of gotten that close to a metal door that leads to an underground bunker. I would of tried to find a way in if I were them.

  • @fckualreadyaye i dont think they are still using it. i have seen the inside of the radar tower in person. it is trashed. and the "miles of tunnels" that you can get to from inside the bunker are flooded out (ther used to be a hole in the bunker!) thats my opinon

  • My friends and I had several excursions out to montauk back in the late 90's. We were able to get into the bunkers and into one set of tunnels across from the old sage radar dish. The tunnles were wide enough to drive a catilac down them. Every 20 feet or so there was a door on each side of the tunnel. Elevators frozen with concrete in between two floors. Crazy shit really.

  • i think a cop lives in the maintance building

  • i've been there twice but never inside of any of the buildings

  • nice. You got your girlfriend to come with you?

The graffiti artists got there before you!

  • Interesting vid thanks!

  • cool place to check out.you guys got balls.lol

  • u guys need to make another video of this place

  • The reptilians are going to come up and eat you.

  • not before they swallow a hundred 12 gauge shotgun shells first.

  • Wow the erea at 606 is in the photo of the aliens that are meeting the President..i think ike shook hands with an alien in that erea..Nice

  • id like more information or pictures of this.. possible?

  • Battery 216 should still be accessible from the ocean side. They piled dirt up in front of it, but someone dug it out. As for the main battery, I can personally attest that it's totally empty. Back in 1992, my friends and I went in through a hole someone had punched in the cinderblock. It was definitely a CBR shelter, since there was a decontamination chamber. There was even a 30-gal barrel of "emergency water", still good!

  • ive been there a bunch of times, but i never knew of battery 216 or the cabins! next trip i take out to montauk im def. gonna explore some more. thanks for the video :D

  • Funny thing with the beer and the rock. Don't try exploring places like that if you don't know where to look to get in though. Hint for you guys. If the base is now owned by the NPS then the blueprints are available from the library of congress as well as any renovations and upgrades done to it. Check it out. You can find out before you go where the entrances and "secret" doors were. Sometimes all you need to do is dig a foot or two. No need for a rock. Beer is nice though.

  • wow you guys are awesome! i wanna go exploring with you!!

  • cool video, thanks for posting :)

loved the beer and the rock!

  • Beer rocks!

  • thx for doing the vid guys pretty cooli always wanted to go there myself whos the blone wth pony tail? she looked hot from the back no offence if shes one of you guys bitch

  • @ward5256 LOL!

  • There is alot of shit underground over there. Watch out for the lizardmen!!!!!!!!

  • What is BS?

  • @TheZenTurtle Banana sundaes man

  • wtf are u talking about none of it was disinformation

  • cant find it on google maps lol

  • What is?

  • Why is it that none of these conspiracy theory nutters have enough of a grasp on technology to get their sound levels right?

  • A) Audio sounds fine to me, asides from the fact that my camera sucks and you can hear the tape and at certain points I muted it.

B)I never said to believe any of the conspiracies, I just think they're interesting and fun to explore.

    C) You're the one looking up Camp Hero on YouTube, seems you're the "conspiracy theory nutter", so suck a dick asshole.

  • hahahaha "like yo whoever does this gets my beer"

  • Yeah I had a tendency to say "yo" alot back then. It's subsided from my repertoire of vocabulary lately though.

With that said, that may be my favorite line in the video too lol.

  • ich guck den scheiß auch grad XD

    voll die kacke ^^

  • des kam grad bei galileo mystery :p.

  • echelon system.

  • Andy Pero did some time at Montauk.

  • the sphere radar/sats are still in use today(not at that site) and if u knew wat they could do u would belive

  • nice camera effect on the whole old film thing

  • OOooh! You rebel.

  • One of the worst conspiracy theories ever. Preston Nichols was employed in advertising!!!! How does he know this nonsense, he can't even get his WWII history straight, plus the Airforce Base has been open to the public for ten years now. Where's the secrecy in that?

  • I accidentally erased your second comment, sorry, feel free to leave it again. As for what happened with the sheriff, that's the danger in UE. As for worst conspiracy theory ever. I think it is the most exciting , weird, broad theories ever, if not ridiculous and out there. Obviously most of it is false, but it is still very interesting.

  • i suddenly hate the government, i just watched the 10 parts explaining this and the philidelpia experiment

  • Ha ha, dude, if you hate the government just for that, you should watch Conspiracy theory with Jesse Ventura. The just did a story of 9/11 which basically spells out to you that it was an inside job. its on at 10 on Wednesdays.

  • i think its an abandoned mutation lab thats been abandoned.

  • subscribed!

  • the exact same type of gun bunkers are located in fort tilden near breezy point in rockaway queens and also in sandy hook, new jersey. They are not sealed up like the ones in camp hero however.

  • the odd thing about the montauk project/philadelphia experiment story is that the movie "the philadelphia experiment" came out in 1984, yet the nichols book wasnt released until 1993. what was the inspiration for the movie if al bielek and preston nichols were not involved? according to imdb the book the movies based on was written by charles berlitz, born in 1914, a linguist and grandson of the founder of the berlitz language schools. where did he get the story from?

  • I have been here before. Its a very shady site. I took a few pictures and even took a couple maps from the station that help you get around. SOme of the places you went to here arent even shown, and the real location isn't even in a restriceted area.I may put a video up of it.Nice video by the way.

  • i plan on going there, so if u have planned another trip for the near future, i would like to accompany you guys..

  • I'd get in there and start growing pot, just to show the U.S. government how unsecure the country actually is.

The bush's administration fucked up the US military and economy so much, the country is starting to look like post-soviet Russia.

Funny how it is safer to bong-out near a national gaurd/army facility than at a park, or abondoned building.

    :]

  • Well said.

  • I would love to get in there :D

  • really cool my brother went there twice i think...all due respect if you were going there for two years why didnt you find more i could show you possibly more just from my brothers 2 visits but the effort is cool....

  • We found plenty more, I didn't put it all on YouTube.

  • jackmeyhoffer........you stupid bastard. these guys are getting off their arses and actually investigating shit for dickheads like you to watch, and all you can say is shit spelling?? whats that got to do with their point?? stupid people divert attention from the real issues and your one of them. now fuck off.

  • No need for such harsh words, but thanks for the support!

  • Might want to hire a proof reader, you spell many words wrong in this video. GB2/5th grade

  • I've noticed the misspelling, but I don't care to take the video down and re-edit it for a few words. I'm sure you can deal with them, as strangeindian puts so eloquently below you.

  • Good spelling adds to credibility, but in all honesty we can forgive a few typos. If all a person is doing is sitting on their arse writing, then they'd better get their bloody spelling right; if you're going out and doing something practical, who cares if you put an extra 'o' in 'prove'? Its obviously a military base where some wacky shit went on; kudos to you for exploring it.

  • I pity the tools that sit around and whinge/whine/bitch/moan about other people's spelling on youtube. On second thought, I don't pity them tools. ;] A lot of these productions are made with haste, and for good reason. Also a lot of people are new to video production, and mistakes slip by like that. Regard it as a natural occurence and jive with it.

"But in all honesty we can forgive a few typos." Well put JCLeSinge, you got a thumbs up from me on your statement.

  • I appreciate the support, but wasn't hoping to have my spelling be a main concern in the comments of this video. I'm going to edit out the misspells sometime this week if I have time.

  • i went to camp hero last night and today, pretty much everything is sealed of, but you can get to the radar tower pretty easy still, theres a hole in the fence.

its soooo sketchy but really fun to explore.

  • It is sketchy, the first time I went there I felt like I was liable to be arrested for being there. But it is a state park afterall, there are only very few areas that are off limits.

  • Excellent video, keep checking it out, take a good spotlight in future!

  • I know! I need better lights and a decent night time camera. I should start taking donations for my new equipment.

  • Wow so that blonde was hot...

I love how you guys have all this serious typecast, and the whole time you're like,

    "Shit! That's soo cool! Awesome!"

It makes it seem like it's a well put together video, and not some documentary. I like it.

  • Yeah we aren't the most prolific in person, but being able to add after thoughts and historic tales in editing is very helpful.

I never thought of the differences from a documentary, but you bring up a good point, this is something I think should be called Guerilla Documenting.

Oh and "The Blonde" isn't that hot, I'll tell her you think so though.

  • you are trespassing you moron

  • Thanks for the news flash, captain obvious.

  • I lived there 1971-1973. My father was Air Force. I was 11-12 at the time. My father worked in the power production building next to the radar tower. I remember the three huge generators!. The bunkers werent sealed back then. A great place to a 12 year old!

  • Great place at any age, but I am sure that definitely left some amazing child hood memories. Do you happen to have any old photos or video footage?

  • I do remember some. My parents have all the old albumns. I will try to remember to look for them on an upcoming visit I have with them.

Damn, I can still smell the Concord grapes in the air during late summer and the deer eating right in the back yards.

On Map quest (satilite) the house we lived in is still there!! Way cool to see that!

I would love to point it out to you. Send me your email and I will try to link a screen shot of it.

    Regards,

    Scott

  • You guys are so lucky you got to do this, but wasn't kind of creepy? Also have you figured out where the power lines go once in the base? Lastly, when is the second one going to be out?

  • It is a little creepy, but very fun. We didnt follow the power lines, so I am not sure, and the second one will come out when I stop being so lazy and get around to editing it.

  • please don't edit anything! Just put it all in!! these vidoes are sso freaking sweet! besides the next one, how many more are you going to put out?

  • Dont know yet, keep watching. I promise the next one will be up before the end of March.

  • Are you going to make any more? And have you come any close to getting inside the bunker?

  • srry for the double post.

  • Are you going to make any more? and also, have you come any closer to getting inside the bunker? I promise, one last thing, if there is still power comeing to the building, have you ever tried flipping on any of the breakers, circuts? if not try it and see what happens.

  • I'll make more when I have more to show. I havent gotten closer to getting in to the bunkers, but I'll try again this summer. As for the power, I'll give that a try too, but I highly doubt it'll work.

  • Are there any doors that you haven't been anble to open that you think might go into them?

  • Nope, just the huge cement doors

  • what about that opening of the top of that one you walked past? you could chip away at it little by little until it was big enough to go through. or you could attach a light to your camera and stick it through the hole to see whats in there.

  • Look again... thos are demons not aliens...

search her on youtube for "phil schnieder"

  • have you been under the radar dish?

  • Yes...watch for the second part.

  • totally awesome! I haven't yet had the guts to go in by myself. I was so shocked that the underground entrance was wide opened. It seemed too good to be true, if you know what I mean. Plus I didn't have a light.. ha ha.

luv the vids man keep 'em coming!

  • My father TSGT Connor was stationed at Montauk AFB from 1961 - 1969. He was a radar tech and maintained the dish and electronics. Camp Hero was deserted back then and my friends and I were all over it playing around.I knew those building like the back of my hand.If there's anything you want to know about the base I'm sure my dad can tell you.

  • Man you just made my day. Me and my friend have been researching and visiting Camp Hero for almost 3 years now, with no specific ideas in mind of what we would find but just a very strong curiousity about the entire place in general. Where are you and your dad located, still on LI at all? I would love to talk to him about how it used to be back in those days. Thanks for the message.

  • My family lived on the Air Force Base. The video brings back images I haven't seen in 40 years.

Now my father lives in Florida and I live in NH. I'll contact him and let him know you are interested in speaking with him.

  • My sister found some 8mm film she recorded in the 60's when we lived on the base and had them transferred to DVD. There is some close up and distance video of the radar tower in operation (turning). My guess is that this footage is extremely rare. There is also video of a Command field day (picnic) at Camp Hero including a tug of war and a few scenes of the base itself. Let me know if you are interested

  • that would be most excellent. Get it uploaded!

  • Dam wish I could go and visit, but I live in the UK here looks so intresting

  • There are a few places I've seen in the UK I'd love to visit, the grass is always greener on the other side you know. If you ever come to America I'd be very pleased to give you the guided tour.

  • Did you guys finish busting through that door with the rock? lol that would be crazy. Someone put in some serious time to get that far.

  • Nah, we definitely weren't up to that kind of work. Someone really was serious about getting in though.

  • I've been to Camp Hero a few times. I was even lucky enough to get into and to the top of the radar tower and was able to get into a few other buildings. Camp Hero is a park now so anyone can go there and see it with out any fear of the police. It's definetly an interesting and fun place to explore.

  • I have also been inside and on top of the radar tower, look for the seconds part of this video for that footage sooner or later.

  • I'll keep a lookout for it. Thanks.....

  • i heard the montauk project was originaly started for the purpose of developing a new kind of weapon for the US something about it attacking the mind and driving the enemy insane but then again ive also heard it was for timetravel mind control and teleportation

haha you threw something about the philadelphia experiment in there ive looked up a couple things about that and i gatta say its pretty crazy(not insane crazy )

  • i've drove by this place so many times and i've always wanted to go in and check it out but me and my friends figured you'd get shot on site or something crazy. does anybody bother you when you go look around?

  • No it's a state park now so anyone is alloawd there. Entering the buildings is forbidden but we do it as quickly and quietly as possible. Never been bothered by any secutiry or other visitors, check it out next time you pass it.

  • This is really cool, I've actually wanted to drive out to Montauk at some point and pretty much do the same thing. Camp Hero has such a weird vibe. I thought that even when I went there as a kid, before I knew any of the gossip.

  • You should definitely go check it out again now as an adult. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

  • Did you come to any concrete conclusions based on looking around out there? Your video raises a few good points though, with the power lines and such. Why the hell would a park need new power lines? The off limits areas just fuckin' gnaw at your curiosity, too.

  • I've come to a few conclusions. Watch out for the next part for some answers.

  • Way cool... very interesting... especially with all the background information you offer.

  • Thanks, the second part should be coming soon, more info and more amazing footage.

  • Changed it up alot though, did you watch it?

  • i see you put it back up
