Nice, alot of videos I see have people using momentum and kipping to bang out a few extra reps but I guess they don't realize they are only cheating themselves in the end. I'm sure jarhead knows what I am talking about. In boot camp they make sure you don't cheat otherwise the repetition doesn't count.

You look strong, replace all the cardio machines with one C2 rower and put an oly lifting platform or squat rack in there, it can only help you get stronger/leaner.
Nice job..by going just a little wider on your hand placement you'll be able to utilize more of your lats and less bi's, should prevent early bi fatigue.
a question, how come women even when much lighter ie 60kg / muscular find it hard to do even ''10 pull ups''? Not saying anything bad about this video but women in general are very weak at pull ups, can anyone give me an explanation? She already lost momentum and her feet starting to flinch after the 6th and she seems in really good shape *confused*

Congratulations, you have a great developed back. You're pull ups are correctly done. I think that you can do even wide grip pull ups also. Anyhow, you are in great shape.

In general women have a lower body relatively stronger than men, whereas men have an upper body relatively stronger than women.
It's not a hard rule, but in general that holds true for most (plus it's a rule that can be overcomed by most with proper training and time.)
It's just how pple are built.
