The album is called "Somebody Up There Likes Me." It's long OOP, but if you look around ebay you should find a copy. An underrated 80s rock album if you ask me!

That is Steve Jones in the video, the year is 1986, Steve plays on the album but it is Andy Taylor playing on this track, the album was released on MCA in 1986, it only got a cd release in japan, the album was never released in the U.K. This album "Somebody up there likes me" is the best rock album released in the eighties, why it has never been given an official cd re release is beyond me, Des barres voice is legend, the musicianship here is spot on, can someone get this released on CD please.

@paynie2 Hmmm, so I have a copy of the vinyl record of Somebody Up there Likes Me, and it has listed that both Steve Jones and Andy Taylor BOTH played on this track, and that a third guitarist, Laurence Juber (?) actually performed the guitar solo. So, I guess...everybody wins?? Anyway, regardless, I agree that this album is VERY underrated! I was too young to remember when it first came out, but I have discovered it since, and I dig it!
