Dat don't mean the girl is lyin. She just a lil nervous thats all. I also got approved for a unknown loan that most folk dont know about through USDA. You don't need a down payment and your credit needs to be at least 620. The stipulation is though that it is mostly for rural areas. So there are Govm't programs out there that do work. and do give out grants, you just gotta apply for them.

You don't have to pay grants back. But their are so many scams out there that it's too hard to tell who's actually going to help you get one.
