  • If Alexander Liscke's version of 'BWV 225' was recorded with this audio quality, that would have been the history's greatest recording. This recording here is peaceful and light, a really awesome one indeed, but It would not compare to the one of Alaxander's, which is powerful, enthustiastic, exciting, and just simply beautiful.

  • The bass soloist in the Aria-and-Chorale is incredible!!! And the choir is just beautiful! I love the Tolzer Knabenchor...

  • @hyphus27 - Very much used soprano soloists at this time were Johannes Pohl and Matthias Ritter. I don´t know if they actually are singing here, but the strong dominant, high, voice could very well be that of Pohl and the milder one Ritter.
