  • Courage? Heart? Spirit? The eternal minority. In pubs, family- or officebuildings, shoppingcenters and factories, construction sites and schoolyards the "good citizens" turn look away, he is silent, when the mob speaking of exclusion, if the right mob sold half-truths and brainvomit. Where are anger and courage in this moments? More of rats and their captors on my channel.

  • People who keep using the false capitalism vs socialism contrast are either working for a political group to divide the country or massively ignorant. we don't have capitalism on the big business level because the super wealthy are controlling the markets and the media. Socialism isn't when the government regulates big business; it's when the government owns and operates the factors of production and distribution. the Bible tells us to respect government and it denounces the rich.

  • @TinyMcLarge DUMBSHIT!

  • Republicans these days are innovators of bullshit!

  • Comment: "not only do the wealthy 1% posess the greatest wealth should they pay their fair share based on % points they would be paying the bulk of taxes in America' sounds fair right? NO.. Republicans don't think so.

  • And the answer to the question: 'Why do Republicans hate socialism?' is... becouse it helps to regulate markets by creating cheaper alternatives for the american taxpayer? BINGO! (just one viable reason of many)

  • Funny, because I am 100% sure that Obama said "I get it" when talking about the bank bailouts.

  • Go wall street :D

  • It's like a vicious cycle. Wall Street corrupts Washington, Washington protects Wall Street. It's terrible. The system has just been completely decomposed into something unrecognizable. I hope somebody steps up and fixes everything.

  • People also have to realize that true, unregulate Capitalism does not work. This creates a massive underclass, and rule by Aristocracy. Even the Constitution has to be supplemented by a vast number of rules. Laws and principles have evolved with the people and world over time. And just as the country has evolved and is made up of a large "gumbo" or mix of people, ideas, religions and technologies, our economic strategy has to also evolve as well. Yet republicans want to turn back the clock.

  • This probably explains why Republicans (and Boehner specifically) came out and publicly decided not fight the payroll tax cut and extending unemployment benefits. Republicans finally realized that they cannot preach about cutting taxes, then vote against a tax cut for the the vast majority of Americans, making them look like bigger assholes than the already are (as if that was possible)!

  • Ron Paul 2o12!

  • It doesn't really take a genius to realize that rich Republicans (or most rich people for that matter) fear the symbol of end of their hedonistic ways.

The people are now awakened - with so much fear and panic from the opulent few, someone will do something stupid. When that happens, it will herald the beginning of their end. They will respond with the only way they know how. At that time, all that needs to be done is show them our sincerity... How far we are willing to go to free ourselves.

  • anyone watch this video with the subtitles on?

  • Liberals only have to replace "social justice" with "economic freedom" and co-opt the term, and tell a good story of how income inequality stifles economic freedom. They should also complain that just as Wall Street got bailouts, so should "hard-working Americans". They should talk about how "government waste" is spent on defense spending, Wall Street bailouts, and corporate subsidies. "Hard-working Americans" should be labelled as "job-creators" because they create the demand.

  • Joseph Goebbels had nothing on Cenk .

  • @imN0Ttheone Thanks for demonstrating why Mike Godwin is a genius.

  • The problem is the one percent of the one percent. No one should make billions and pay no taxes. No taxes and pass it on to their children with no penalty.

  • @longplainfirstnation No one makes billions with out paying any taxes on it . Why should there be an estate tax when all that money has already had taxes paid on it ? How many times do you want to tax the same earnings ?

  • @longplainfirstnation - I cannot understand the greed of not pay inheritance taxes, which Repubs fought so hard to get rid of or raise the tax-free limit on. They are already rich, and their beneficiaries probably make money of their own, and yet they fought hard to avoid all taxes like someone needed the extra money? If it's passed on, isn't it income? The IRS makes people report EVERYTHING else they get and then tax it, why not enheritances? GREED run a muck.

  • @longplainfirstnation fuck liberals! RON PAUL 2012

  • Comment removed

  • America has not been capitalist since the 1930's.... It turned into a corporate state and slowly eroded peoples rights ever since. Policy was made in favour of the corporation and people were meant to be slaves that over burdened with regulation after regulation till it didn't make sense to participate any longer in economic life. If America was capitalist, people would feel powerful owning absolute rights to their own property and free to pursue ambitions for free radio, innovations etc etc...

  • How are so many people so dumb. The fact is many who vote for Republicans are voting to become poorer. When will people realise Republicans are on the side of the rich elite not the average man or woman. Republicans actually hate freedom, hate democracy and hate justice. If you keep voting for them they will destroy America.

  • @star50ify The same can be applied to the Democrats. The idea that the Establishment Democrats are for the "working man" is preposterous, they are just as privy to big business lobbyists as the Republicans. The Democrats and the Republicans are two sides of the same coin. They both support foreign aid to countries that hate us, the welfare-warfare state, the Federal Reserve paper money system, bailouts for big banks and business, etc.

  • OBAMA 2012 !!!

  • Great report yet again from tyt.

  • There was a debate on yahoo finance about the rich not paying their due, and, of course, the idiots on there blame the poor. As if all of them are living lavishly off of welfare or not trying to get out of poverty. I just hope OWS pulls through and show these people WHY these bastards should pay their fair share.

  • Raise the taxes on the rich? Hell yes.

Mitt Romney was found to be paying only 13%. He's paying less of a percentage than the 'average American worker' who is supposedly making $44k a year. In fact he is paying the same percentage of people living at America's poverty level.

Mitt, are you collecting welfare and food stamps too?

  • we are anonymous, we are legion, we do not forgive, we do not forget, expect us YOU GREEDY F**** GIVE ME FREEDOME OR GIVE ME DEATH!!!!!!!!

  • Cenk acts like because the fickle, stupid, and violent mob wants to raise taxes it MUST mean it's a logical solution...lol. Argumentum ad populum, informal logical fallacy. The majority is almost always wrong. I'd venture to say most voters didn't predict the economic collapse, as evidenced by their losses. No predicto, no solve-o. Wake the fuck up...the lynch mob's opinion you value so much would not of voted away slavery, bans on interracial marriage, desegregate the military, end DTDA, etc.

  • i hate stupid dems that overlook RP's message simply because he is republican... use your head

  • Is there a link to that document / memo?

  • @IngredientsMagazine If you check the watermark on the bottom of the screen, it says Yahoo News.

  • Ron Paul is just another Texas Republican. He is only out of step with Republican orthodoxy on foreign policy. On most other issues he is to the right of the Republican mainstream. He is anti-choice, anti-Civil Rights, anti-earned benefits, anti-regulation. His son, Rand, is every polluter's best friend in the Senate.

  • TyT hates the constitution, they love foodstamp president Obama

  • @nic4r Can Americans disagree without declaring one side or the other anti Americans? it is our inability to take hold of the best from each party and to move America forward which is the main reason for our continued economic suffering.

  • @nic4r

it would appear that Wall St. and Obama hate the Constitution.

  • Your subtitles are incorrrect...Just a polite reminder.

  • It's very true that those in power fear the Occupy movement. Watch the video titled "Occupy vs. Top 1%" and you will see why. Very interesting mashup of Occupy calling out the most craven and corrupt of our leaders. Funny too.

  • @5:45 with captions- "from our end at batch ac uk enzymes inside farrow ball now"

  • Once again TYT spinning the left wing agenda, if most Americans support Occupy Wall Street how come the protest have been small and no were near the Tea Party protest? Which means were is the 99%?

  • @lovejen01 Small? You consider thousands of protesters to be small?

  • @jwhyte67 Well considering the wall street occupiers say 99% of the U.S. agrees with which they don't, so yes it is small.

  • @lovejen01 A few may say that but the point is that they're supposed to represent the 99%. And although the statistics vary OWS averages 50-60% approval. No, no its not small.

  • @jwhyte67 that may been there point, i do think most people know how economics work.

  • @jwhyte67 Hi Jen. I thought I'd clarify. OWS doesn't claim that it has support of 99% of the people. They're saying they're part of the 99% of American citizens that have become disenfranchised. Yes, we have the right to vote. But the Supreme Court ruled in 2010 that corporations are people and that money is free speech. This means that corporations can now give unlimited amounts to candidates. The book Unequal Protection by Thom Hartmann provides a history of the ruling and its repercussions.

  • It's funny the things that can be "leaked" so easy to "leak" a memo that can never be confirmed. Such a biased video with no substantial value. And yet so many people will pledge this as the be all of their political research and votes will be sent to people over misconceptions of lies. Politics are fun to analyze God Help my generation. -HighSchool Junior

  • REPS are scared of hypocritical assholes who think they're OWED a job rather than EARNING one? HAHAHA. Right. News Flash: Yes you got the world's attention, but the rest of us are laughing at you. You're nothing but a joke and a pit stain on society. Why can I say these things? Because I've spent the last 14 years being a productive member of society in the U.S. Navy. You think a Fortune 500 company is going to hand a job to a loser who wouldn't even be qualified to run the fryer at McD's?

  • The "occupy" protestors that all buy into the too big to fail DNC sponsored movie: Financial institutions were forced to lend by the government! 3 politicians that got the most money from fannie and freddie: Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Barney Frank. WAKE UP MORONS!

  • If you make less than $250K and vote Republican, you are an idiot.

If you make more than $250K and vote Republican, you are an asshole.

  • @Senehtsotara I think the bigger idiots are those that believe that the democrats are for the middle class. All they do is try to keep poor people poor as they get richer. The richest people in the world are mostly democrats.

  • @Senehtsotara

what if you know someone who makes more than 250k and is independent or democrat?>

  • @Senehtsotara ok thank you for your views on me! Freedom of speech gotta love it. VOTE RON PAUL!!!!!!

  • @Senehtsotara If you vote Democrat at any income you're an idiot and an asshole.

Here's a clue...both Parties are fucking you in your ass with a big red, white, and blue dick!

Dipshit. Look up "black and fallacy"...that's how you DemoCrips and RepubliBloods think; in logical fallacies and symptoms of psychosis.

  • @Senehtsotara not unless you vote republican for ron paul

  • @Senehtsotara

If you make less than $250K and vote Democrat or Republican, you're naive.

If you make more than $250K and vote Democrat or Republican, you're a corporate elitist.

If you make less that $250K and vote for Ron Paul, you're an educated voter.

  • @Senehtsotara Why?

  • @Senehtsotara fukn a right brotha!

  • who needs national news with their obvious biases when u have the net!

  • @ziger123456 The government puts out a report every year. We need to focus less on where it goes and more on where its coming from. It's coming from the poor slobs like us not the rich who can afford it.

  • NO MORE TAXES until we know where every penny is going. Our gov't takes in wayyyy too much money and keeps creating laws that bind our freedoms and steal more and more of our money.

It's time for YOU and ME to throw out the crooks and install leaders who work FOR the people. We must let our leaders know we're watching every move, write them a letter, VOTE, talk to others about voting - it's the least we can do. congress.org to write one letter and send to those who represent YOU.

  • Of course they are scared before they can pour on the propaganda they have to make everyone feel isolated, alone, and questioning themselves. People organizing, establishing themselves is frightening because the "bewildered herd" (u&i) r not capable of making the "correct" decisions, so r dangerous, & must be strictly controlled.

  • PLEASE - let's not respond with violence yet -- let's give Congress an opportunity to respond by putting into effect a more progressive tax structure!

The top 10% now has 90% of the FINANCIAL WEALTH OF THE NATION!

  • Okay, i'm saying this as a moderate, but honestly, who wouldn't be scared of occupy wall street. Sure their intentions are good, but seriously is protesting going to do you any good? Rather than complain about not having wealth, build your own wealth. Start your own businesses, get jobs and get degrees and take back the money from Wall Street. I know its tough for people to do this, but since we are the 99% we have the power. We can be the job creators.

  • @bpolacek89 So you are suggesting "building wealth" in what is a grossly unfair system, and is kinda the reason occupy exists in the first place. brilliant idea.

  • @NotSuchAnEvilBunny Why not. The way you make capitalism unfair is by trying to start your own business. I know it's tough but it can be done. Small businesses are the way to go. I'd rather have a bunch of small businesses than have the government, or giant corporations dominate this country. I know i am taking this out of context probably but GK chesterton once said too much capitalism does't mean too many capitalists but too few. So people need to rise up and challenge the system not protest

  • @charlespontoon agree

  • good one

  • Its true that every Republican is afraid of the Occupy Movement everyone except Ron Paul. :)

    RON PAUL 2012

  • Ha ha luntz should have just told the republicans to instruct their loyal devotees to count to twenty and 'no peeking'

Seems a good metaphor for whats going on.

Thats how they managed to get into power a couple times every half century.

Democracy is tired and doesnt really work, especially when you consider the facts, number being you dont have a true democracy anyway. You have a 'guided' democracy.

This is a democracy that can be essentially vetoed by public relations

    Make manifestos binding

  • If the Republicans are just for the 1%, then why do so many people vote for them.? If everybody wants to tax the rich, then why don't we just do it? If the Democrats are for the middle class, then they should always be in power, because their are more middle class people than rich people. Something doesn't add up here. Their must be something that these "Talking Heads" aren't telling us.

  • @parthivpatel343 lol u mad bro? :))

  • You'd think Frank Luntz would poll people on their feelings about that pelt he's got sitting on his head.

  • Should make this video go viral, forewarned ....etc

  • Where's the video of Frank Luntz saying this? I can't for the life of me find one clip, except a quick excerpt from the Ed Shultz show. Anyone know where to find the full video?

  • I knew it, I knew Occupy had potential after a few weeks, as long as they don't allow themselves to be used for the democrats, but stay independent with the simple goal of getting money out of politics, making sure politicians answer to actual people, & not corporate "persons".

  • @MyTemporaryAccount88 Uhhhh, actual "persons" own corporations. Do I lose my 1st Amendment rights if I own shares?

  • People in america already know this but to those who don't,

Less than half of the population actually vote.....less than half

  • Keep working hard, there are millions of unemployed Occupiers depending on your tax dollars.

  • Lol, they publicize what this guy feeds to the Republican party and there are still Republicans in office?

I feel sorry for America because of those who vote for Republicans...

  • I wonder what fox news has to say about this memo?

  • some ppl get it but i don't think the masses get it yet

  • @GrowTheTruth do u think someday ppl will dont need money?

  • @orchoose Perhaps. But human beings will need to learn how to become sustainable within the system they have before they can consider supplying the world without the need for fiscal exchange. We may get there, but it'll take time.

  • @GrowTheTruth Without fiscal exchange? In other words, not exchanging value, for value?

  • @luvcheney1 Depends what you consider "value" and whether or not that value is measured using monetary means.

  • @GrowTheTruth People seem to like to trade things, and money is the medium, because barter is inefficient. Money isnt always necessary of course, but I dont know you, and I dont really give a shit whether you live, or die, so if I`m selling my car, and you need it, you are going to need to give me money. Unless of course, your sister is worth more to me than my car.

  • @luvcheney1 You have a very small mind if you think that the monetary and bartering systems are the only two options out there. =_=

  • @GrowTheTruth Please direct me to a nation of any importance, that isnt using money. I cant find one, I have a small mind.

  • @luvcheney1 I have never stated that any nation currently doesn't use money. That has never been my argument, but nice attempt at changing the subject there.

Orchoose asked me if it was possible that mankind would someday not need to use money. My answer was that perhaps it could be a possibility in the future, but not at the moment.

So, yes. You do have a small mind, but for more reasons than you know. You're obviously incapable of keeping up with a conversation.

  • @Kmascak1 I have been there! It`s in Fantasyland! Right next to invisible friends!

  • And THEN, the people that hold the world up, stop. Why would I keep working hard if I have to share the money I deserve? Socialism doesn't work. Collectivism will be the end of the world as we know it.

  • You listening to this Americans. Good, now vote wisely. Also Socialism is the answer to what your problems the rich protect the poor and the money is more equally spread. Simple.

  • @bigge525 Oh... you're stupid

  • I think Obama is by far one of the best presidents in a while. If only the congress and the government would give him half the chance I think he could turn this iconomy around. This is how I see it Republicans are greety rich peoply who try to think of ways to make them selfs richer, but Democrats like Obama he trys to figure out ways to save a dollar LIKE higher taxes for the RICH, but the rich want to tax us pore middle class hard working people it just doesnt seem fair they have the money.

  • It makes me sick when members of the "media" claim that the opposing members of the "media" cover something up.

TYT's are a spawn of Alternet, which is a spawn of IMI, which is a spawn of the Bauman foundation.

For people who claim to hate Fox News, you guys are emulating their very empire! Only difference is your agenda. I guess I am not open-minded.

  • 'free market' must be much worse than 'capitalism', surely? People can see free markets are a myth whereas 'capitalism' vague.

  • i am a republican but not a chritain extremist, i always voted republ;ican, but now i am pist, i will either not vote at all or vote for obama just to spite these so called champions of america

  • @patrickpapka

Sorry to break it to you, but the Republican party is dead. It no longer stands for anything anymore. It's existence is devoted to destroying Obama and everything he proposes. Hell, I don't know what'll happen to IT if Obama loses the election...

  • Love it

  • @stingerbillion not only that Americans confuse communism with Russian totalitarian racist regime. Kind of like what's happening in America with strong capitolism right now.

  • @badfish13 True.

  • alex jones predicted this in obama deception documentary. he said that people are going to wake up and there is going to be a revolution, but guess whats guna happen...obama going to bring military to the streets of america.... and he already requested 20 000 troops from overseas....soo watch out people

    much love from Canada!

  • get rid of the free market and WE'RE FUCKED

  • @IntoTheVoid96 Yeah. What would we do without the AT&T monopoly, Enron, Woldcomm, S&L loan scandal, internet bubble, and housing bubble of 08 that basically destroyed the entire economy for everyone worth less than a million $ the "free market" has brought us..LOL

  • @bigge525 AT&T monopoly broken by Reagan, it was GOVT created monopoly, regulated into existence. Internet (Nasdaq index) & housing bubbles created by money supply increases of 75% from 1995-2005, by GOVT created Federal Reserve. Without extra money in system, the money to bid assets UP wouldnt have existed. S&L collapse due to 20% interest rates, also Fed (GOVT) Created. . None of prior are "Free Market". Worldcom, Enron were CRIMINAL accounting scandals, dealt with in court. STUPID!

  • People are stupid if they change their minds about a change in terminology.

  • What's behind Cenk's right ear?

  • This Luntz stuff was leaked on purpose. If the elite can keep the charade of ''stupid repubs'' and ''caring dems'' going, they will. Now everyone thinks they know how the dumb old bumbling repubs work. Snow screen distraction.

  • That Frank Luntz sure is a doubleplus good duckspeaker.

  • Capitalism is a jerk

  • Best memo leak in awhile!

  • You know you're winning when the enemy starts to run.

  • You call it just terminology, I call it perfect Newspeak.

  • Presidents. like the Roosevelts CAN NOT win or run anymore, all candidates are bought and paid for by Wall Street & 1%ers. The first small contribution president with 99%er support who KNEW the Blue Bloody 'Illuminati' style thinking = Howard Dean from the NE was aimed for and SHOTDOWN over a pathetic sound check, the Dem. WS power brokers knew they'd be screwed out of power with him in charge and set up Obama or Hilary as their minority puppets to mollify the working class minorities into line.

  • You just have to watch that man on Colbert Report talk his double speak of worse than 1984 proportions. He's engagingly soul-less with no ethical compass, IT IS ALL CORRECT AND RIGHT these word games he crafts. It's like Satan is his assistant word smithy.

  • The Democrats and Republicans are both bought and paid for by wallstreet. The Republicans are just more BOLD about it.

Dont forget that 'Goldman Sachs' was one of the top contributors to 'Barack Obama's' campaign in 2007/2008.

  • @92Fishman92 the system works like this: repuplicans is the ones we blame when the american people get too mad, then the democrats go in, fix a few things, but ultimately not enough, repuplicans will then again gain power and press even more laws to defend wall street. using an advanced "common enemy" model

  • @92Fishman92 There are many dems bought, but there are a lot who really just want to do their jobs but are having a hard time with all the money there. Take a look at the Congressional Progressive Party and sadly but true Ron Paul, they seems to be honest brokers and (I don't care for Paul's policies) we need more ppl like them and Elizabeth Warren, who don't take money from special interest!

  • The Dems need a BS artist as talented as Luntz. Otherwise, you can look forward to Pres. Gingrich.

But on a fundamental level, something has to change. Otherwise, the little guy is screwed.

  • LOL!

  • THANK YOU TURKS

  • PASS THIS LINK AND EDUCATE YOUR FRIENDS SO THEY UNDERSTAND WHAT THOSE CORRUPT BASTARD REPUBLICANS ARE DOING

  • Fuckin rights they ( republicans/democrats/politicians) have a problem, a BIG PROBLEM>>>>THE PEOPLE!

  • if some guy makes more money than me, i wont get mad like OWS. ill try to out do him and beat em

  • The captions are killing me...

  • So,

according to Luntz, I'm going to "scared" of an Occupy Whatever protester who shits on police cars, rapes women, illegally "occupys" public areas, pisses on the sidewalk, smokes dope, and aimlessly wonders about for weeks on end? I don't think so.

  • The only reason Republicans are still in the game at all anymore is because of Citizens United.

We need to throw out all Republican plutocrats, overturn Citizens United, and make sure the government is working for the people, not the fat cats and corporations.

  • whats behind the smoke screen called the american dream, a pyramid scheme

  • @pxoxest84

What do you even mean by that?

If you create an organizational chart of EVERY organization out there.. whether it's where you work, where you go to church, or the girl scouts.... its a pyramid..... What are you trying to say?

  • "devourerofbabies", he does criticize the Dems, but he often paints them as well-intentioned wimps who are just failing to stand up to the "Republican" agenda. But endless war, corrupt bailouts, destroying civil liberties - this is the ESTABLISHMENT agenda, i.e. the banking cartel, the CFR, Wall Street, the Military Industrial Complex, etc. The Repubs are merely tools of these masters. The Dems are too, equally. They are not merely wimps, & Cenk shouldn't enforce this bogus, pernicious meme.

  • @StandUpForLiberty Sometimes he characterizes the Democrats as the "good cop" in "good cop, bad cop", but I agree, he does portray them as unwilling participants too often.

  • American government has morphed into pure FACISM. This latest bill by Republicans to only pass working class payroll tax extensions tied to the Keystone Pipeline getting pushed through makes it quite clear, even to the Fox Zombies.

  • This guy looks like Jimmy Kimmel. hehehe

  • THIS just proves what I've said before and EVERYONE acknowledges it! Taxing and TAKING are NOT the same thing! Taxing is NOT theft, NOT confiscation NOT taking! If you whine about taxes that is what you are doing; WHINING!!! I love it, everyone else agrees : D

  • FUCK THE YOUNG TURKS: FUCK ALL OBAMA SUPPORTERS.

  • @0ntop0fth3world Fuck you too ;)

  • @ccsmiley2

I've always wondered when I would meet micheal moore himself on youtube, now go fuck yourself.

  • @0ntop0fth3world You might as well just kill yourself, seeing as how you can't even handle people on the inernet.

  • @MrDeathSmiles Exactly. As long as the government has the power to take billions from the people and hand it to Wall Street, Wall Street will lobby for them to do it. And yeah, given that the "Indefinite Detention Bill" (Google it people) has passed the Senate with bipartisan cooperation, I don't know why anyone would act like the D's are any better than the R's. (Obama has already sanctioned extrajudicial KILLING of citizens, so there's no reason to assume he's genuinely against detention.)

  • Adam Curtis's "Century of The Self" ... watch it.

  • This is not a Republican issue, this is not a Democrat issue, these bets affect every human being on earth. And the money Wall Street has been pumoing into politics to avoid prosecution for their financial crimes has landed in the pockets iof democrats as well as Republicans. Nio matter your politics, we need to unite to overturn Citizens United, outlaw coprorate money's corrupting political influence, and prosecute the Wall Street financial criminals.

  • So to pay the bets back to the Wall Street casinos, your employer has to cut your salary and scuttle your retirement, cut your medical insurance. Your cit
