  • More more more. I'm loving it.

  • Great! The next one is with rhubarb!

Our latest one consists of brewing it up with cinnamon, cloves and star anise for a real winter christmass drink! It might work well with the rhubarb too.

    Thanks SOphieJane

  • the brew turned out great, did not need the extra sugar or sweetener due to the rhubarb , used around 400g of rhubarb, so you get an initial sweet/sour taste of the rhubarb then the heat/peppery taste of the ginger with the right level of alcohol for a refreshing and enjoyable brew, will leave it a bit longer fermenting in the next batch and see how that goes, but would recommend trying with rhubarb.

  • Looking forward to the end result! If it's a bit bitter add some extra sugar or a teaspoon of sweetner

  • Your welcome, will let you know how the brew turns out, have added rhubarb to the mix as well to give it a twist so will be interesting to tast the results next weekend.

  • Thanks to the person who just spotted the mistake. YOU NEED 1LB OF FRESH GINGER - NOT 1 OUNCE!

  • Wiseman is EPIC!!!

  • Thanks guys this is really excellent. I really want to make some now. Love the video and the ginger beer looks well nice.
