@SHAWN119100 SMA is a genetic disease. So she was born with it because I am a carrier and my wife is a carrier of the SMA gene. Any, no, her iPad did not come with those apps. We bought them from the App store. It is a challenge to find applications Nora can use so we started a website called SMAiPad.com to help others find apps for handicapped children

@StupidFatGingerFunny No, Sadly.Nora has Type-1 Spinal Muscular Atrophy which is a terminal disease in 100% of cases. She is actually weaker now since the video. She will continue to get weaker and weaker until eventually it takes her life. Normally children with Type-1 SMA don't live much past two years old. Nora is almost 3 now. We hope we can somehow make it to four years. Thank you for your interest.
