hey i liked this video but some of the steps in here can be avoided for begineers if done properly . like the screen dosent need to be disconected from the mother board it can be flipped over and take the board out while the lcd is hanging out of the case i recomended laying it on a pillow to do that and the wifi anntena can come out with the board to if you peel it off then push it threw then pull the board

At 1:51, there's that black wire at the top which is connected to the motherboard... how do I remove it? Do I pull it out or slide it sideways?

@ragabara it's the wire for the wireless connection, you can just pull it off, give it a try, there's no risk of damaging

How easy is it to put back together? thats what im worrying about, i know i can take it apart just fine.

im to scared to do this, i cant get past pulling the screen connector out. this vid needs to be real, not a slideshow

you want damage the connector.. you can pull it out easily.

@neogaiden It's the same as the disassembling, but only in reverse.. Just follow the video backwards, and everything will go (almost) perfect.

I was very rough with the changing of the UMD door. I am not able to play UMD's now. But if your PSP can play ISO/CSO, that isn't a problem at all.

Yes, probably that is the orange sticker in the back of the battery casing...

The antenna is the small iron thing marked red here. (1:57)
