The 2nd point you made was that we need to shouldn't be burning fossil fuels because we will run out and wars are being fought over them. If you’re worried about fossil fuels causing GW, then you really shouldn’t be concerned about running out of them. Please try to make logical connections between your arguments and not just throw every leftist meme that you can think of at the wall to see what sticks.

Lets assume for a moment that we do agree on this premise, can you understand who might take issue with this. You can't see the connection of these two issues? I know you righties like to compartmentalize everything but this isn't how reality works.

The two issues are intertwined and you can't solve one without considering the other.

@killerbandit First of all there is no scientific evidence to support the anthropogenic global warming theory. Google the Petition Project for a list of 32,000 scientists who disagree with you. Second point is why do you think we are running out of carbon based fuels? Ever heard of the Russian/Ukrainian Oil theory? Even if it is not true we still have about a 1,000 year supply in the US. Ever heard of methane clathrates? Nuclear fuel will last for hundreds of thousands and is safe and clean.

Carbon based fuels aside from being toxic upon usage, are toxic when removed. Ever heard of fractal drilling for natural gas? The US already has water supply issues and you want to use more to drill and risk your existing water tables?

Nuclear fuel will last for hundreds of thousands of years? Really, considering our supply is limited and it is incredibly toxic and risky, no thx.

Global warming is a misnomer because altering the chemical balance of our atmosphere will not cause 'warming' everywhere and what it really does is amplify the changes in local weather.

@killerbandit Humans produce less then 6% of atmospheric CO2. Volcanism and even termites produce more. Also CO2 is the weakest of all greenhouse gasses. We simply do not produce enough to make any difference. Sure the climate is changing, please list any time in Earth's history that it hasn't. AGW is a hoax; A lie being used by the watermelons to destroy capitalist economies. It is nothing more then a money and power grab. Wake up dude!
