I pondered one day the meaning of "my friend" and I sent my thought in deep thought.

"Who will my choice land on? And who will be my friend as close as my shadow.

They said "a thorough search will tire you out", so I prepared myself for a thorough search.

I braved sea and desert, and I walked through the day with a dry throat.

What are your arguments for it and how can he corect it so that he doesn't make the mistake again. But if you just say that something is kufr, chocolatemachine will only be confused and left without explaination thinking that he did an act of kufr. I know you didn't mean it this way, but we moslims are brothers and should try to correct each other with wisdom and manner.. Thank you..

@stang0vj There is kufr when the Poem says allah offers companionship etc.. Allah does not need companions, he is one, he is alone. Im sure the brothers/Sisters intention was pure when he/she wrote the poem and it is also very beautiful but to believe in it is not right.

@stang0vj Sorry If i got it wrong, but isnt it kufr to ascribe partners with allah? and I didnt intend to say he/she is commiting kufr (I would never call anyone a Kaafir unless I know that he/she doesnt believe in allah and his prophet at all) I was only saying that the words say allah offers companionship when allah does not require any companions, Allah forgive me if am wrong. and I ask for everyone elses forgiveness If I have offended anyone through what I wrote.

I think by 'companionship' the uploader meant 'friendship'. Two friends when they are together are in the company/companionship of each other. And it is a fact that Allah is with us every second of the day ... so to His friends, He is their 'companion in friendship'
