Wrong Show. This is "The new adventures of Speed Racer".

"Speed Racer X" was stronger than this was, and only pulled off the air because Nickelodian decided to pull of its action block "Slam". There was also an annoying lawsuit battle involved. On the Other hand, th reason the show with this song was pulled, was because it sucked.

I remember this song, it was the intro to the remake cartoon series, where Speed was racing against aliens and monsters from space. It was meant to be a sequel to the original, but I guess it didn't really fly.
