I agree, although I'll be interested to see how the songs turn out. The only thing I dont like too much about the original is the music. Dont get me wrong, the songs are great, but I saw it in the theatre and they really belted the songs out, and they sounded a million times better than the film. This song always makes me want to cry when I hear decent versions like this. The film one holds nothing for me.
