I had a dentist who gave me FREE dental care growing up (who can turn that down?) and he's a good dentist too, kept it remarkably pain free in comparison to a few other ones I've been to. But he hailed flouride as one of the most important things ever.

Luckily I'm a lazy fucker and I drink mainly coconut milk, hardly brush my teeth with flouridated water, and put off showers to the last possible minute. Me am staying smarterer! :P (seriously though, this is messed up.)

I haven't used fluoride toothpaste in 10 years. I lived in asia, (where they don't fluoridate the water) for 3 years. I had a sinus infection, and docs put me on anti-biotics which I later found out they fluoridate. My health suddenly went downhill. We moved back to canada, took lots of baths, drank tap water, and developed chronic fatigue. I avoided the water, and quickly improved. Then my city stopped fluoridating, and now I am almost back on my feet. I got it out of my system going raw.

I use only non fluoride toothpaste but it is difficult to find. Most big stores might have one on the shelf. KMART did not have any non fluoridated toothpaste. Fluoride is a heavy metal which helps your body as much as swallowing lead, arsenic cadmium, mercury, or urnaium.

LOL Bottled water is tap water, notice it doesn't say filtered by reverse osmosis (That removes fluoride) Just look it up bottle water companies don't filter, just tap. Safer to go with gallon water that says "filtered by reverse osmosis", or better yet "ecolablue" water filter. It gets water from the air and has SEVEN filters, so its the cleanest so far. But in the last years i felt somehow that i should stop drinking this water, but i always told myself: "Ah come on, drink it, it is ok."
