  • wow not sure all of your symptoms but I feel like you. I have been in and out of emergency rooms for the past 12 months, lost 25 lbs and everyone thinks i am nuts. I do have a GI doc that is taking extra measures to help me figure it out. But its just hard in the meantime to not be able to eat much, drink much or enjoy my life. I am having the ERCP done next Tuesday and it couldnt be soon enough let me tell you. This video was so touching and so true. I hope you are doing well and are better.

  • @modublin22 Hallo Margie,

I have accepted many friends on Facebook that have struggled with problems like this. These things hit at an awkward age....like later life....in some cases from early 40's to my age. The quacks struggle to find the cause, and when they can't they want to send you to a shrink.

I INSISTED to them - "I have a pain in my gut, I DO NOT have birds in my head!" This became my mantra, and I refused anti-depressants. I am not depressed! What part of that can't they get?

  • Hi Liz, we've never spoken before, but I came across your video and believe i am experiencing the same thing after having my gallbladder removed 3 and a half months ago. I pray that you are doing well now...I believe i know what you were going through all too well. I am at my witts end...every day is so hard. I tried to send you a message but it woudln't let me, so I am going to just ask here, did you by any chance experience a stiff feeling that went from your right side across your stomach?

  • @MyE555 Hello Erin,

I beg your pardon, I forgot about this post and remembered it when your PM arrived tonight.

Everything you mentioned, I had. The ERCP was only effective for a a very short time. The story is a long and arduous one. Let me ask you a question, if you don't mind - Are you, by any chance on any kind of painkillers, SPECIFICALLY Vicodin or Oxycodone? If you are, get back to me, please. I have a story to tell about these drugs that will shrink your brain by half, trust me.

  • @Afrikitty Thank you so much for responding, i appreciate it more than i can say. Right now i'm sitting here feeling panicky, like i have felt everyday for months....this is wearing me down. It takes so long to even get an appointment with the doctor, she basically acts like my suspision about it being a duct is probably not true....she scheduled me for an endoscope to look into my stomach for friday, which i believe is a waste of time...because i just know it has to do with my ducts.

  • @Afrikitty Forgot to answer your question about the pain killers, I'm not on any pain killers, they did give me vicodin before they took my gallbladder out, and i had only used it about three times because i felt that it upset my stomach too much.

I had to go to the emergency room 4 TIMES over a course of two months, in non stop agony before they finally admitted me and took my gallbladder out, by the time they took it out it was chronically inflamed, this is why i think a duct is inflamed too

  • Hello sister how are you feeling now? I am praying you are doing better. God Bless you and hope to connect with you here. God Bless, Cathryn

  • Liz, I hope you haven't blocked me from commenting. I just thought that I would share something with you about the sister in Christ that I remember from a few months ago: watch?v=UOFiaJk1kmA

  • whatever u folks do if your sick make the doctor listen to you dont give up hope and keep going until your pain is fixed thats what i did even if the hospital didnt listen i never gave up

  • Hello shellymeert1,

Thank you for your comment. I saw it quite by accident as I did not receive an e-mail notification about it.

My problem with this issue is still far from over and I would appreciate it it you would contact me through PM. I would like to find out from you what it was they actually did to relieve your suffering, as I have had absolutely NO relief and I am at my wits' end now after going from doctor to doctor and emergency room to emergency room. Thank you.

  • great presentation lady on cam i had same things done to me i dont have a gallbladder and i ended up with right side pain for over 4 months they did same tests to me everything was negative but the pain wasnt stopping so i never gave up hope and i wasnt taking no for an answer until some doctor did something about my suffering because i was tired from being a pin cushin for the hospital come to find out my sphinter muscle readings was very high i had a lot of pressure so they cut now im pain fre

  • Wow! Maybe this video will help someone going through the same thing. Bless your heart. Hope you are all better now.

  • It is frustrating how people, perhaps many times because of their title, are too arrogant to listen and do their job. It is as if they are too intelligent to check their work.

I do hope that you will be fine.

  • Hello Martin,

Thank you for your encouraging comment. I have had to learn much through my ordeal which began over 18 months ago. God has worked many miracles in my own life as a result of this and He has taught me the importance of many scriptures along the way.

I was a Registered Nurse back in my youth and when I graduated, I took the Hypocratic Oath, as nurses did in South Africa. It is a holy oath and many doctors are going to answer to God for dishonouring it. Even Christian doctors!

  • It is now, approximately 3 weeks since my surgery. I had to stay in hospital one day longer than the others as I developed an allergy to Dilauded and could not finish a meal in order to be discharged.

Today, I am much stronger and I can do things without passing out. But recovery is slow and one good day is followed by two not so good ones. But each day is a reminder to me of how this condition robbed me of meaningful life, but blessed me with a knowledge of the severe mercy of God my Father.

  • AfroKitty,

My prayers are with you always. May God pour His healing power upon you my Sister.

    God bless you

  • Thank you so much for your prayer Gus. I don't think you realise how much I appreciate it. May god bless you abundantly.

  • Hello JohnMarcus,

Thank you for your wonderful good wishes. I am grateful. I was so pleased to see your videos on finalcall07. I pray this man will repent. I do believe he is a Christian, but he has become proud and puffed up and conceited and I know that if I am right, God WILL bring him to repentance, If He doesn't, there is only one fearful condemnation awaiting him. Bless you JohnMarcus. Your friendship has meant the world to me.

  • Hello Rita,

Thank you for this scripture. Thank you for your prayers and your friendship. You are a dear sweet lady, full of the love of the Lord. Thank you.

  • I will definitely be praying for you, Liz.

  • Thank you Jason for all your prayers. I am out of the hospital now, but had two surgeries and I am sleeping off the effects of all the dope they gave me.....LOL

    ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzz

  • Liz,

There's a good lesson here. What may be "normal" swelling for the "average" may not be "normal" for YOU! You are not an average, but a unique human being.

If you have not read Gordon H. Clark's book "The Philosophy Of Science And Belief In God," then get it and do so. It is quite sobering.

I've a similar story concerning my own appendicitis. My father, wife, and a young med-student were right with their diagnosis of my pain, while all the respected doctors were not--lol.

  • WoW Monty,

What a treat to get a message from the Creme de la Creme. Thank you for coming to my video to wish me. I must also thank you for the most comforting messages I have received from you during this time of illness. When I thought I was going to die, your message gave me hope I never thought I could dream of. I can't tell you how much a loved brother you have become to me. Your practical and sobering teachings and advice have stood me in good stead on many ocassions. Thank you Monty. :-)

  • I can't tell you how very happy I am that FINALLY you will receive the surgery you need to correct the problem which has been plaguing you.

I have had many problems with my abdomen as the result of my appendix rupturing and the ensuing peritonitis... I say this by way of knowing the pain involved with abdominal problems.

You have been in my prayers, and of course I will continue throughout your surgery, praying that the Lord will guide the surgeon's hands.

  • Hello Juliet,

Thank you for your friendship. I have loved getting to know you. You are a delight to me as a sister in Christ and I prya we will find a way to speak on SKYPE or some other way in the fututre. Yahoo Messenger played havoc with my computer, so I had to remove it. My Webroot ant-virus didn't like it at all. :-)

May God continue to bless you as you travel this vale of tears.

  • My dear, I am going to go and open a google acct RIGHT THIS MINUTE.

Glad you are home, and looking forward to speaking with you!

  • I'm so happy to hear you are doing this well; please know I will continue to pray for your complete restoration.

  • Hello Becky,

I am out of the hospital now. Had two surgeries and am at home recouperating. Trying to sleep off all the drugs they pumped into me. LOL Thank you for your prayers. I surely appreciated them.

  • You are in my prayers as always sis and I am trusting God to see you through safely Monday. God bless you. Love you.

  • Hello Bloggie,

Yes, I know I am always in your prayers. Thank you so much for the lovely friendship that has developed between us. You have taught me much. May God continue to bless you.

  • Thank you, Liz. God bless you, sis. May God give you comfort and grace in your time of physical suffering knowing that your prize awaits you in eternity.

  • Hallo Brett,

Thank you so much for coming to wish me well. I am grateful. Yes, I know all about that prize tht awaits me in eternity. :-) I haven't told you how much I admire your bravery in tackling difficult subjects on YouTube. I pray that one day some of your brothers and sisters in the Lord will appreciate what you do try to do without always knocking you and kicking you to the curb. May God bless all your endeavours.

  • We are praying for your divine healing, my sister. May the Lord use your circumstances to glorify Himself and strengthen your faith. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. God bless you, Liz.

With love to you in His blood,

    Angela & Glenn

  • Hello Angela and Glenn,

Thank you very much for your prayers. I do believe the Lord has and is using my circumstances to glorify Himself. Too much good has come out of what has happened and it would take a thick book to write about it all, which I may just do one day. :-)

  • Dear Liz, thank you very much for your reply. The Lord is good. You have been in our thoughts and prayers all week but we did not PM you because we did not want you to feel that you had to reply with haste. Receiving your message assures us that you have come through the operation with the Lord's hand upon you. Hallelulya! We will continue to pray for you, dear sister, and thank the Lord for your blessed recovery.

With much love to you in Christ Jesus,

    Angela & Glenn

    Soli Deo Gloria!

  • Hello Angela and Glenn.

Please will you read my latest comment in reply to martinbucer. It will give you an idea of my progress, which is good and ongoing. God has blessed me mightily as a result of this long ordeal and I understand more fully what scripture means when it says we are refined through firey trials. I am certainly very much stronger in all areas of my life as a result of this.

    May God bless you both.

    Soli Deo Gloria.

  • Hi Liz, praise God, we are so thankful that you are recovering well. Yes, all glory to our blessed God whose mercy abounds. We will continue to keep you in our prayers and look forward to keeping up to date with your progress.

Much love to you in Christ Jesus, dear sister,

    Angela & Glenn

  • like I told you on youtube, I'm definitely praying for you!

  • Thanks Eden. I am home now, after a three day hospital soujourn. Developed an allergic reaction to Dilaudid - which didn't surprise me as my mother was highly allergic to Morphine. But I came through it and am home now trying to sleep off all the drugs I had pumped into me. LOL I am sorry to hear about Mr Bells.

  • I'm glad to hear you are home! I hate being in the hospital...I was in once when I was almost 7, and last August...so I am so glad you are home because I know it's not fun (I didn't have surgery though, so I imagine it's worse for you!) . Rest up!

Thank you. Mr. Bells was a great bird and I miss him a lot.

  • Hey Liz,

I will be praying for you sister and asking our Lord to heal you quickly.

    Peace to you.

  • Hello Mark,

How are you these days, dear brother? Are you refreshed after your time with God? Thank you for taking the time to come and wish me well during this time when I know you are very busy. May God continue to bless you in all you do. :-)

  • Peace that Passes Understanding on display for all to see....

*Of course* we're prayin' for you, Liz. But you already knew that. ;-)

GINORMOUS LOVE FROM ALL THE "CHEMICALZ," me lady!!!

  • Hey there Kevin,

I am so glad you saw God's peace in my countenance. Someone on Facebook wrote something similar and I shed tears about it.. If God can do this in my life, imagine what He can do in others. I see Joni Earickson Tada in a whole different light now. It helps to understand where our peace is truly coming from if it can be seen on our faces and in our eyes. Praise God, my darling brother. ;-)

  • God bless you sister, it's so great to see you. :) I will continue to pray for you my dear sister, and I know that the Lord God will watch over you...stay blessed.

  • Thanks Jordan. I am grateful for your prayers. I would covert them further until complete recovery. :-)

  • I am continuing in prayer for you dear sister. Be blessed. :)

  • I will be praying for you.

    God bless you:)

  • Thank you for your prayers. I am at home now recovering from my ordeal. I am grateful for all your prayers. Please continue to pray for a complete recovery.

  • Dear sweet sister, I will continue to pray for you so that you get through this surgery! With much love, Stephanie

  • Hello Stephanie,

I am through the two surgeries now and am at home recuperating. Bit it's hard to wake up, especially after all the drugs I had through it all. LOL Thank you for your prayers.

  • Wow.. sorry to hear everything that has happened to you. :( I hope the surgery is a complete success and you get better very soon.

  • Hello Brian,

It was good to see you here. Thank you for your good wishes. It is too early yet to speak of failure or success, but I am in the hands of the best doctor in the USA, so I'm told, so I have every reason to think of complete recovery.
