@palmion TECHNICALLY no, what ShireSenbonzakura says is not 100% accurate. For some unclear reason he is but an "honorary" member of council. There is really no more information given than that. There are a few holes in SEED/Destiny.... I'm sure some would be filled by GS Astray/R/R+.... I've only read a bit of these and they're not really well written in the versions I have. (For example, in one point, it is said that Coordinators are telekinetic -- they're not.)
What is this ? I never saw this in gumdam seed/destiny, can some one tell me where to find this ?
