Parkour is efficient. Point A to point B the fastest way possible. Free Run is more about free style version of parkour. With flip and all.

I think that Parkour and Freerunning has a connection. Because they are both based on movement, even though they don't share the same achievement. But my thoughts of Freerunning is that it's kind of a good practice for Parkour, because when you practise flips, you also practise your bodys coordination, and that's very important for Parkour. But I'm not saying that Freerunning is only practise, that's a art too. Like Parkour. The comment might got a bit messed up. But I hope you get the point. :P

Le Parkour was the french word, Freerunning was the english word..look it up, and who cares if it has flips in it,the point of parkour/freerunning is freedom of movement,
