Being able to see the truth doesn't necessarily need eyesight and it's evident that having having working eyes doesn't necessarily mean you can see the difference between right and wrong or bad manners.
I've sometimes thought the same, maybe some people need rules even bad ones to give them a moral anchor, but on the whole religion doesn't have a good record, two notable examples the 'Spanish Inquisition' and '9/11' carried out in the name of religion.

It just means that the normal reading ability that Human beings have is just not working. Therefore a different approach must be taken to deal with it.

I've sometimes thought the same, maybe some people need rules even bad ones to give them a moral anchor, but on the whole religion doesn't have a good record, two notable examples the 'Spanish Inquisition' and '9/11' carried out in the name of religion.
