Not very many people who had leukemia were as lucky as he was. A majority of patients die within a few months or even weeks after diagnosis.

To toghissima - the concert, I believe, is either the first or second 3 Tenors concert. The first would be from 1990, the second from 1994.

These are excerpts from a concert at the Royal Albert Hall, London, on March 15, 1994.
The programme was called With a song in my heart - A tribute to Mario Lanza.
It was commercially available on video, but has never been released on DVD as far as I know.
