It's really sad that someone takes the time to help show kids how to play the game and most of you have to cut him down. How about good tip but I would....... or thanks for the tip and your time on helping our kids play ball. If you don't like it, go onto the next video or make your own if your so good at it.

I use to use the "squish the bug" technique. Problem is people forget about weight transfer.

You should keep the weight back BEFORE transfering your weight to the FRONT. Your BODY should still be back, but the WEIGHT should transfer to the front as you swing. The "STB" technique seems good for teaching opening the hips though.

 It just seems like you end up focusing on it alot which ends up prohibiting weight transfer.

This is just my personal opinion. No offense to the vid.
