@BoneyHead959 - no, it's very easy to get. anyone can buy them. a NASCAR scanner will work also. radio shack sells scanners, they're all over ebay..... then you can get the freq's on the internet, or even ask someone on here!

@markieman3000 - in baltimore county, md, just north of the thomas viaduct. going north, there is elkridge (in howard county)-thomas viaduct-relay-st. denis-halethorpe.
