I totally agree,Time a 1940s institution like subscription by License was abandoned for the BBC. I don't see why I or any one else should be frog marched down to the bank once a year to pay under duress/threat, a tax for something I can get selsewhere for free abeit with adverts. It may please his employer but can you imagine the giants who came before him behaving so unprofessionally ? Further examples of his bias are the interviews with Bradshaw, Campbell and the Mandelson press conference. When challenged about his line of questioning he goes berserk.
You are not British so I will give you a pass. Andrew Neil, Andrew Marr and Nick Robinson are also biased.

Everyone else wanted unilateral efforts, not a broad, single, harmonised strategy. Mr. Woodward was exaggerating Mr. Brown's contribution, pretending the 'commendation' he received for being there was significant, etc. If you showed him treating a Tory interview differently maybe you'd be convincing. For Boulton to say it on top of his performances against Campbell, Bradshaw and Mandelson shows his personal disagreement with Labour, hence his bias.
As for a personal attack there are several examples of Boulton losing it when he is questioned about his own position. Adam doth protest too much!
