Gah! I'm so sick of people acting so prestigious when they listen to older music. I hate comments like, 'Oh, this is so much better than the rubbish on the radio today. I love this type of music - and I'm only a teenager!' or whatever. Obviously, everyone at this video likes this kind of music, or they wouldn't have actively searched for it - so you aren't above anyone here. It's funny, I have good memories of doowop like this from my childhood, but I don't belong to that generation, my parents do. The reason it triggers nostalgia with me is that I raided my mom's extensive 45 record collection (I'm glad she really didn't mind, because I effectively destroyed them all with play) and played them as much as she used to.

Now when we hear this, it brings back our youths at once, even though it was 20-ish years apart.
