One of the chats was in IE, but all the others were in "something else" (Chrome). And for the record, Firefox sucks. Firefox used to be my favorite browser (like 3 years ago) but lately it has fallen behind. I wouldn't even put it in the top 3 anymore. Chrome, Opera and even IE are faster and more secure browsers then Firefox, not to mention much more stable. (cue angry comments and thumbs down from all the firefox fanboys...)

@xGore220 The latest Sunspider benchmarks show Chrome 5, Opera 10, and IE9 (yes IE) are all faster then Firefox 4. The difference in speed between browsers these days is very small, and benchmark results vary. Chrome is very fast with javascript, Opera is very fast with graphically intensive sites. Regarding stability, Firefox crashes on me way more then any other browser I use, including IE. As a web developer I spend a significant amount of time using many different browsers.

@LT51 Well Firefox 4 is still in development of course its going to be prone to crashing. I've used all the different browsers before and I can say Firefox has never let me down, nor crashed on me and I'm running over 10 plugins, it has the most add-ons of any browser, and it is the most opene sourced browser in my opinion. You definitely are a Firefox hater for some reason, if you are a web developer u wouldnt be saying oh firefox sucks instead you'd be trying to improve it...stop being a fake

Your lack of caring is obvious by your multiple responses ;) Yes I was ranting, not because I am a "firefox hater" but because I used to love that browser and have been exceedingly disappointed with its progress.  Also it's not just Firefox 4 beta thats unstable but the release builds too. I am not the only person who feels this way as is evident by other responses.
