It does have one upside, a 2.5x crit multiplier...but that doesn't make up for it's fail. There are a few really nice mods that give it's old sound back(the BOOM0 from fallout 1/2) and increase it's damage

@SwordStriker i have the mod where it takes .44 ammo and is renamed "2019 Detective special" it has the power of a standard .44, but still has the 2.5x multiplier. It's my primary gun, with a Brush gun and Anti-matter rifle as back ups.

Uh, no. A Google search of "Blade Runner Blaster" will show you That Gun (as well as the FO2 gun) is modeled after gun from the movie, which came out long before any of the Fallout games.

Metal armor + beret = badass! What if you could get the Deckard gun in different calibers (5.56mm, .357, .44)? Not .45-70, though. Or what if there was a weapon mod that allowed you to switch caliber at will (just by swapping the barrel and cylinder)? That would make it even more unique and create more of a reason to choose it over another handgun and/or 5.56 weapon.

@JarsofGreed Just to metion theres a place that is likely to be fallout 4's setting called the commonwealth a scientific authority called the institute creaed hundreds of android slaves and they even have fallouts version of Blade Runners called synth rentention beauru Operatives who like decker hunt and ''retire'',escaped androids.
