Hi,

its a good idea to try differnent brans to see what works best with your hair. Pantene works for Xteeener, but i know it makes my hair look awful. I use Herbal Essecnces, it works on my hair. But it may not work on someone elses. Try a few kinds and see what works, its the best way :)

I believe the lighting gives off that blue hue. And I noticed some asians would have either a light brown, red, or a blue hue, depending on the lighting. As for the quality, it's all genes and care. Most asians, from my observation mostly in China-Korea-Japan region, tend to have nice hair like that. I'm just saying this observing my friends and the people when I visit the countries. Aka, IMO.
