Jag förstår inte vad ni försöker bevisa. Först tyckte ni att det var fel att stjäla riff/texter etc. När jag bevisade att Libertines själva stal så försöker ni nu påpeka att Mando Diao stjäl mer. Vad är eran poäng?
Personligen tycker jag inte att det är fel att man lånar lite här och där, men när ni gör det och sedan försvarar Libertines med blod svett och tårar så blir det bara löjligt.

För det första så var inte Strokes det första bandet som började att spela elgitarr.
För det andra så är Sister Sister, Hooray For The 21st Century, 7 Deadly Sins, Bucket Shop, Lover On The Dole, Anything But Love, från deras Demo som kom innan strokes är dessa spår jag räknade upp styrda av elgitarrer. Du tror att du är intelligent, men du är bara pantad och okunnig.
Mando Diao have been a band since 1999 and they have had their style since the beginning. I know this since I'm from the same town and have seen them since their earliest.
Där har du helt fel, Dessutom tycker jag att knappt finns någon likhet mellan Animal Machine och Give Me Fire alls. Hursomhelst så finns det alltid vissa likheter mellan band i samma genre.
Med din agenda så bör du nog inte lyfta Libs till skyarna heller. Det finns massa låtar de också snott från andra band (t.ex. Last Post on the Bugle) och det är många som hävdar att Libertines gjorde allt för att likna The Strokes så mycket som möjligt. En som hävdade det var Pete själv.
@DireHit Du kanske ska lyssna på hur Animal Machine låter innan du börjar jämföra. Trum och gitarrutbrottet i Give me fire är taget från animal machine. En liten del av Animal machine finns t.om. med i Dance With Somebody på ett par ställen om man lyssnar riktigt noga.

Doherty hävdade att dom försökte efterlikna Strokes utseendemässigt. För Barats jazz influerade solon liknar ju inte Strokes någonstans din lilla hipster. Kan du nämna ett riff som Libertines snott, eller en text som Pete snott? Om Doherty skulle ha stulit sin text så skulle ju han knappast vara den hyllade och geni förklarade låtsrkivaren/poeten han är idag.

Okej, jag kan ta några exempel: Ta The Masters Apprentices - War or Hands Of Time (från 1967), Last Post on the Bugle är i princip en exakt replika av den låten. Stora delar av texten i What Katie Did är tagen från en Chas and Dave-låt (Cinderella). Riffet i The Delaney are taget från introt till barnprogrammet Rainbow från 80-talet. Alla stora artister lånar från olika håll och det är verkligen inget fel med det.

I'm sorry but I don't like Anthony at all in Libs. He's dancing around and all it looks like is all he can hear is this 'catchy song'. It's more of a nail in a coffin than a song for me. To me, the second album is less an album of music, but more of what seemed like the only way they could communicate at the time. The whole document is heartbreaking and every track is sorrowful.

Yeah Carl looks pretty glum. The replacement guitarist (right) is just thinking, "My fucking dream come true - playing in the Libertines." Regardless of the other half that makes the Libertines: Pete. They were immense (reunited) at Reading by the way.
I PERSONALLY prefer Carl to pete, just because he's so passionate about the Libs and would never let drugs get in the way of it. Also, Carl stuck it out without Pete on the tour, while most other frontmen would of just quit :/

Easy to see that both Carl and Pete can stand alone as lead or solo singers... but they already spoiled us Libertines fans with whatever it is that they have TOGETHER that makes them above and beyond great! (no disrespect to their other work or bands - love them too!).
Why's everyone hating on Adam Green? It's not his fault Pete was fucked up on drugs when the tour started. Besides it was Carl that asked him to fill in for Pete. I know that he doesn't have the same energy as Pete, but it's better than nothing.
Also, Adam Green is a pretty good singer songwriter.

In the NME when they talk about thu reunion, peter looks terrible I know with his whole drugs "experience" but so did the others. He looks terrible.
Apparently Carl also wears make-up and was putting it on when him and Peter made eye contact, (still amazing but a bit weird). Thank God they are talking again!!
the beginning where carl looks so sad is heart breaking. the rest of the performance is filled with such angry energy, it actually left me going 'woah'

I PERSONALLY prefer Carl to pete, just because he's so passionate about the Libs and would never let drugs get in the way of it. Also, Carl stuck it out without Pete on the tour, while most other frontmen would of just quit :/

Why's everyone hating on Adam Green? It's not his fault Pete was fucked up on drugs when the tour started. Besides it was Carl that asked him to fill in for Pete. I know that he doesn't have the same energy as Pete, but it's better than nothing.
Also, Adam Green is a pretty good singer songwriter.

In the NME when they talk about thu reunion, peter looks terrible I know with his whole drugs "experience" but so did the others. He looks terrible.
Apparently Carl also wears make-up and was putting it on when him and Peter made eye contact, (still amazing but a bit weird). Thank God they are talking again!!
